Okay, A&P is a HARD class no matter what! But Prof. Jensen is amazing!! His personality is really quirky, but he is a genius. TAKE A RECORDER TO HIS TEST REVIEWS!!!! If you don't understand something: ASK! He may tease you for not getting it but be confidant in your questions and he'll respect you. One of my all time favorite teacher!

i'm now at UT austin, but dr. jensen will always be my favorite teacher. i took him for both A&P 1 and 2, never missed a class and received A's in both courses. my advice? go to class, read the book, and see the big picture. understand the material, don't just memorize! take him :)

If you're expecting this to be an easy A course, run for your money. Don't get me wrong, he's a very good professor, informative and you learn a great deal from his class. He is expecting you to be an adult that you are so he wont baby you "quit whining". He doesn't curve but give lots of extra credits. Pre-test review is great and very helpful.

He has been my favorite professor in college so far! He is hilarous and usually keeps things very interesting. I will say you must be devoted and study study study! He is very entertaining, and keeps things interesting. I really enjoyed his class!

Dr. Jensen is a hard teacher, but it you attend class, read your book, do the crosswords and actually put in time studying you can make an A. Yes, he has diabetes so there could be some moments when he needs to take a break and eat, but it was ok with me because he was such a great teacher. Highly recommended

Good teacher. He knows his stuff! Other people are mad because they expect him to baby them. WERE IN COLLEGE. He knows what hes talking about and is willing to explan it to you furthur if you have any questions. He even says he wants you to ask questions. His class will be easy IF you study. no doubt.I recommend him!

he never respects students @ all. lecs r out of this world, never understandable. he never helps us to succeed in class. Instead we have to teach ourselves. never gives participation points even if were there everyday & stay the entire session, that is extremely unfair, we should have points as compensation for being there. I dont recommend him!!!

his sugar level is always too low no matter what time of day it is. I have him from 11am to 2pm. He is hardly with it. He always gets very mad when someone doesn't understand in his lecs. Therefore, he is never willing to help. Never use lab time so why should we pay extra for it. Test are extremely hard, like medical school hard. Horrible prof.

Not a good professor at all. He never has same questions on the test as the review, different format. Always calls students an ignoramous. He never answers students with the correct answers. Always talks 90 to nothing. No one can ever write as fast as he talks, especially during an oral review. He always gets very mad when we do not understand in l

I had this class early in the morning so it was really hard to get up and go every day. But Dr. Jensen kept it very interesting. He teaches everything that will be on the test and has really good reviews before the test. This class requires a lot of study time, it not you will not pass.

Dr. Jensen is the most amazing professor I've had. He actually inspired me each and every time I attended his class. His subject matter is complicated and often times confusing; but if you are prepared you will do well in his class. He is highly educated and sometimes forgets that we are students ... overall...amazing, I LOVED his class

Hard class, but unlike others say, it's not impossible to make an A, need to study more than most classes. Make sure ur there for reviews and write everything down or bring recorder. didn't think taking him in the morning was big deal like everyone says, he only had one really bad day. He's a great guy and teacher. STUDY and do ALL extra credit!

This was a very hard class. The most helpful thing is the review the day before the test. Without that there is no way I would pass them,because there is so much info you cant remember everything. Although beware on his reviews he re phrases the questions so when you get the test its still not very clear.

I highly recommend Dr. Jensen. He is very hard but also very clear. After all if your going into the medical field you want to learn right?You have to give this class everything you have to make an A, but its worth it. Many people don't understand his sence of humor, once he grows on you he is really lots of fun. I'm taking him again for A&P II.
