Comment:
I highly recommend taking David Stein for Financial Accounting. He makes the class interesting when he interjects life stories. A lot of the material one can learn on their own therefore while he doesn't always stay on topic, the time flies and the 3 hours is gone in no time. He grades on a curve so if you apply yourself, you will pass the class.

This guy grades on a curve and claims to be a lax grader, maybe its because he doesn't stay on task long enough for anything useful to be said. I have an idea, learn how to teach a class the right material instead of performing the David Stein Show every week & maybe people would learn enough for you to grade like other college instructors

Professor is horrible. Never stays on topic he is sarcastic and rude. That being said. You MUST take this class from him. At metro this class is the same 4 every professor. Same homework, same test, however, David is the most lenient grader. This is a hard class and all students in all classes struggle but w/DS you will get full credit 4 homework

Comment:
Not the typical dull accountant personality. Delightfully intolerant of class distractions and rude students. Tries to inject real-world application of theory when possible. Good wit and sense of humor. Somewhat vague grading system, groups grades by "breaks" in class score distribution. Not always easy to see where you stand academically.
