I really thought I would enjoy this class, wrong! I passed, however sweet as her personality is, I would recommend someone else another take another professor. She told us to use online discussion board to communicate, but when people asked for guidance she never responded. She loses assignments, is disorganized, & harsh grader. I hated her class!

If you'er taking this class only because it's a requirement you'd better find another teacher. If you really want to take speech you might do OK. Be prepared to be graded harshly. Her class would never fill up if it wasn't a required class. Homework isn't bad it's just the way she grades things. I think she's partial to the popular students.

i've heard a lot of people say that she is a bad teacher but i thought she was wonderful. i put off speech as long as i could but it ended up being my favorite college class. she may be tough, but she is a wonderful teacher.

I was terrified to take speech. She made everyone feel at ease.I took it during the summer so we were only graded on our speeches. We did not have any tests. She really only wants to see an improvement from the first to the last speech. I was able to make an A.
