Dr.Adams is an excellent professor. I took his course during the summer session and it can get a bit overwhelming at times. There was a lot of group work...and you are randomly assigned to a group. Just pray that you get a good group. Anyhow...all in all a very good class. Dr.Adams knows how to keep the class entertaining and interesting. TAKE HIM!

Awesome MIS professor - lots of group work but broken into smaller groups -good if you have good group, very bad if you have crappy group. Assignments are varied and unique (writeups, presentations, debates!!!). Adams is passionate about topic and makes the class very interesting. Grading criteria is vague but he is generous with his points.

If you have more time than you know what to do with, this class is for you. I never spent so much time working on stuff & learned so little. It's an absurd amount of busy work yet you don't have time to learn the material. He tried to cram every idea into one course making it a CF of confusion.

Keeps class interesting with great stories. 2 exams and 10 quizzes which only 7 counts. Quizzes are easy if you read the articles and the test is tricky if you don't go over the text. Goes over what is gonna be on the exam the week before.

Very enthusiastic about subject matter, but if you don't subscribe to his view of the world it will hurt your grade. Also, the class is disorganized and expectations are ambiguous.

Strengths His course is interesting. The test is easy. Drawbacks Students must speak in the course. It is included in the final grade. It is not good for the students whose native language is not English.
