I felt lucky to have Ginn as a professor (partially because of the cookies). Simply couldn't have made the content more clear! Always available to help outside of class, and will even go through an entire practice exam with you.

She'll work with you to get you to understand the material. She's funny and her lectures are very well-organized. Her exams are difficult and poorly written. Do practice exams and get as much feedback as you can so that you get to know what she's looking for.

Nice woman and good teacher. If you have her for 1L property, you are lucky. She is one of the more approachable and compassionate faculty members and brings cookies to class at least once and every few weeks.

She loves a grand statement and talking about aboriginals and religion. Never anything clear or substantive. I'm sick of law profs that don't know the law and can't teach. Law should not be so academic. Yes she brings cookies, but she doesn't follow the recipe when she makes them.

Professor Ginn is a dream prof and an amazing person. Her classes are extremely clear and well organized, and she'll take a lot of time outside of class to make sure students are reaching their full potential. So patient too. I just wish she taught upper year classes!

Just about one of the most wonderful professors I've ever been taught by. Clear, helpful, went beyond the call of duty so many times she redefined what was expected. Consider yourself lucky to be taught by her.
