She is a good teacher. She does make you work for your grade, so yes make sure you pay attention to her comments. But all she wants is for you to learn and improve. She tries to be funny and she is down to earth. She likes animals! It's not mandatory to be in class everyday, but like all classes, if you miss a class, it's like U R missing a week:)

Has high expectations but works with students. Definitely not a fan of excuses so don't expect to skate by on them. She expects students to improve so actually read corrections and learn from them or she'll get rather cross.

Good teacher. You will learn the difference between MLA and APA formats. She is tough but very fair. She explains her corrections clearly. Be prepared to work. Book is useful in writing. Pay attention to what she says as it will probably be on a test.
