Wonderful professor. She really knows her topic! Be prepared to work hard, but if you are late on an assignment she will still accept it. Really easy class once you get into the groove.

Rambles as though confused 90% of the time, but is capable of extending her significant legal reasoning abilities to patient, forgiving students. Often comes to morning classes smelling of Scotch whiskey.

Prof Murphy is very knowledgeable about what she teaches but is especially passionate with Property Law. She grades fairly and is easy to talk to when you have questions. I've had her multiple times, her classes are hard but fair. Her tests are not a surprise, if you pay attention and try you should pass her class.

She's not that great of a teacher. I don't think I have learned anything worth knowing.. and I wish she taught us how to write a memorandum correctly. I mean, I guess she is personable outside the classroom.

Ms. Murphy is a very nice professor. Sometimes the material is hard to understand, but hey... this is the law we're talking about! Not many assignments at all. She really tried to help students get a good grade, and made it fairly reasonable to do so. Tried to make the class fun, we even watched the UK/EKU game, and she lectured during halftime:)!

Diana Murphy in my opinon is not very intelligent at all. For someone who has graduated law school she doesnt know the difference between Appelant and appellee. Something is wrong with that picture.Her gradeing methods are extremely unorganized and unclear.I would reccomend Herzog for legal studies.

I really liked Mrs. Murphy. She's very helpful and interesting to listen to. There is homework almost every night, but it is truly helpful in understanding the material. She is very understanding and easy to get along with. As long as somebody honestly tries and puts forth effort, they should be ok
