Comment:

Doug knows how to make a course painless, while also ensuring that you learn some new information. I took his Intercultural Communication course, and it was the easiest A of my college career; yet, I learned more than I ever have in ANY other course. VERY clear grading criteria, and responds to emails in a timely fashion. 5 stars. CHOOSE HIM!

Comment:

Doug is very quick to respond to emails, helpful when it comes to questions, and gives very clear instructions. Midterm and final's are papers, and there is one research paper due. You submit a rough draft and he lets you fix it before the final paper is due. Only "bad" thing I can think of is he can be a little late to grade assignments.

Doug is a prof that knows how to make a class painless. I have learned a wealth of information, with zero frustration. Deadlines are clear, and so are grading criteria. I took his Intercultural Communications course and it was an easy A. One of those classes you can breeze through.

I love Doug but the class was a joke. A few odd job papers but nothing you can't write 15 minutes before class. No textbook used. You don't need to go to class to pass. He's a funny guy and really genuine but man you just have to breathe to pass. I think he just knows exactly what his class is to students and treats it that way

Probably one of my favorite teachers i've had at columbus state. He's super kind and fun to talk to. He's like one of those old people that is just genuinely happy to teach others. What a guy!

First of all, you won't need the book for this class, and there are no quizzes or tests. This was by far my favorite online class. You get a sampling of what real people (other than your instructors) think about your work. Very helpful. Enjoyable assignments too. Loved this class.

Excellent professor. Very clear in his expectations and all around nice guy. I really learned a lot in his class and enjoyed his entertaining stories. You learn skills you will use in the real world. Definitely Reccommend.

One of the best professors I've ever had. He is entertaining and crystal clear with his teaching and his expectations. I only missed 3 points in his entire class because all you have to do is follow his example letters/papers and it's an A. Dr. Gray rocks, woo!! :)

amesome guy! Best teacher I've had at CSCC. Funny stories, laid back attitude & easiest pop quizzes ever (What's my name again?). You learn the material in an easy and kinda fun way. He has a way of making it interesting.

Doug was a wonderful teacher! he was very nice and easy with the class, there were no tests in his class. He was very understanding if you had any problems, and he gave you time to finish your paper if you didn't get it done before class. I highly recommand his class, you'll feel like your tuition is worth it.
