He has a gift for making complex subjects clear. I became aware of this professor during Bar Prep, as he is a Barbri lecturer. I was impressed enough with his lecture style to take time to write this while I am busy studying for the bar.

A great law professor. His business organizations exam was straight forward and to the point. He always made time to answer questions of any type at any time. He does not hide the ball! There is a reason why he is a Barbri lecturer!

A bit of a showboat - it's the Doug Moll show in the classroom. Kind of dials it in on a rather uninteresting topic. Nevertheless - if you're paying attention, you'll do well on the final, no real surprises there.

SAside from the fact that I had a secret crush on him :-) he is seriously one of the nicest most engaging professors at UH Law! Extremely accessible and approachable, both in person and via e-mail. Does a terrific job of parsing out the information and not hiding the ball. I had him for two classes at the same time and was happy with my results!

Comment:

Best professor at the law school. Makes dry and complex subjects interesting and accessible. You walk away from each class session was excellent notes. Tells funny anecdotes and keeps the class engaged. You owe to yourself to take at least one class from him.

Comment:

Had Prof. Moll for Business Organizations, and enjoyed the class although the subject matter was less interesting to me. Clearly one of the best professors at the law school as he makes each class interesting and presents the material with humor in a clear, organized fashion. It's easy to see why he also teaches BarBri.

One of the best teachers at the schools...willing to assist, not stuck on himself, and teaches tough subjects with interest and charisma.
