Comment:

It's obvious that all her material is copy and pasted from the year before. It was a Tues-Tues work week and sometimes assignments would be due on Monday because she doesn't pay attention to what she's doing. She takes forever to grade too. She is responsive to emails and does provide vids/steps to the work. She doesn't give good feed back either.

The labs got harder as time went on. I did find myself lost at times. She does provide a lot of videos so it is easy to walk through. But felt iffy at end of course still.

Comment:

The Online course to me was not well organized. I wasn't aware until nearly the end of the semester that I needed a textbook as I learned mostly everything on my own. The professor though is helpful as I emailed her a couple of questions and she was responsive, but I still felt lost throughout the course. I would not recommend this professor.

I don't know why students said bad about this professor. My experience with this professor in 2 classes was so good, I will be planning to take her next class too. As a student, we have to ask if we don't understand. She was always helpful, gave positive feedback. She showed up before time and gave clear guidelines of what to expect.

How do you feel about a teacher that skips class often? She just has you work through book assignments while she sits up front and snoozes off. Can't help at all with questions or assignments. Do NOT reccomend her.

Did not care at all. Every time she strayed from the textbook should would end up being wrong. Also she called in sick so often I'm pretty sure she was just lying to get out of work.

Pannell is really aged to the point that she needs to retire. Why would Collin allow such obviously elderly lost professors to teach e-business courses? Really difficult to deal with (if she can remember you 5 minutes later) and useless lectures. I guess collin does not care about the effect such profs have on the students... sigh!

If I was not already proficient in Microsoft Office I would not have passed this online class. This professor does not show interest, feedback limited, helpfulness is limited, etc.... She gives a lot of busy work and do NOT miss any assignments, you will not be able to make it up. I would suggest not taking her at all if you have a choice.

Since this was an online class, there were a bunch of assignments. But she organizes the class well enough that you always know when the deadline is. The textbook is incredibly long, but if you can get the e-book, the tests and quizzes are an easy A since you can search the entire book. Do all the assignments which are easy and you'll get an A.

Her Assignments are clear & easy. Overall She is a fair professor. Her end of semester projects can be complex & difficult at times but they are workable. There are no retakes for any of her exams, but at end of semester she gives a makeup exam for your lowest exam grade. She rarely return emails, hope you don't ever need to correspond with her.

This class has been extremely confusing with the way she teaches. Wimba sessions are not helpful. Most of the time there is too much background noise to be able to concentrate on what she is doing! She doesn't seem to know herself most of the time. There are 2 required books and she will assign reading out of a book that is not required.

Seemed like during the live web tutorials, she had trouble making stuff work that she was teaching. A few times I asked myself if she was learning all this while she teaches. It still is a fairly easy class and she very pleasant.

I would not suggest you take this class if you work and attend school. There is a great deal of work with test, quizes, posting, reseach, and very little extra credit. She is not flexible on assignments when you miss them. Would not recommend this class to other.

I took this class online. The labs were very easy if you read the instructions. She has online tutorials that guide you through almost step by step. Tests can be confusing but they are open book, so you really can't complain. Dr.Pannell was quick to answer any questions and get grades back. I thought she was excellent.

I took her online class, and I really enjoyed her online class. Everything was set up for you, but weekly participation is expected. She has instructional videos for the projects that are extremely helpful, and her tests are straight out of the book. She is awesome and I definitely recommend her. Easy A if you do everything!

I took her online class, and I don't think she could've made it any easier. I enjoyed her online class. Everything was set up for you. She showed you how to do the labs, a lot of extra credit, and her tests are straight out of the book. She is awesome and I definitely recommend her, especially if you hate these classes. Easy A if you do everything!
