She is AWESOME and always extremely helpful with whatever questions you may have! She's always very prepared for class and has a schedule set so you always know whats going on in class even if your not there! but you should attend her lectures as much as possible participation points go a long way.and shes awesome about extr credit iloved thisclass

She goes out of her way to help people understand the lecture and is very nice about it. The work load is light on this class. Attend the lectures. There will probably be some information on the test that is in the book, but not in a lecture, so do the reading. Overall, a good class, but I thought the pace was a little slow sometimes.

Professor Verdi is absolutely one of the best teachers out there. She is so in touch with her class and the subject of biology. Be prepared to work hard. The work is actually fun and engaging! Even if biology was tough for you in high school- Prof. Verdi prsents and delivers the subject in an easily understandable fashion. A MUST TAKE CLASS!!!

I love this teacher! She is really passionate about what she is teaching. She uses power point presentations in her classes that make it easy to take notes and follow along. She is incredibly helpful. She makes biology very interesting. After taking her class I decide to become a biology major.

Good class and she is adorable. Easy and flexiable, the tests are kind of hard but there is literally no homework in the class. The final presentation was intimidating at first but turned out to be fun. She is a great teacher and really nice and helpful!

Very nice teacher. She gives 3 mid-terms, one final, and one very easy group presentation - that's it! Attending class regulary is important. She makes it easy because she hands out study guides and you just fill in the blanks. Tests are somewhat difficult, and you will need to study/memorize alot of info. I enjoyed class, she's very enthusiastic.

She's a nice person and a decent teacher. Uses really odd analogies in her lectures. It would be easier if she would just say what she means. She's really a stickler and a little inflexible. Just do what is expected of you and you'll get an A. I found that flash cards were very helpful with studying for tests.

This was a great class. She was an awesome teacher, and i would recomend her to anybody. She knew what she was talking about and was very interested in what she taught. Hopefully I can take another class of her's.

she is a very nice caring teaching. the way she has the grading set up makes it easy for everyone to pass. you can get a F in lecture and get a A in lab and still pass the class. there are three test plus the final but she only counts two of the three tests. now the tests are some what hard to pass.

She is an easy going instructor. Do not miss class even though she gives you a study guide. Tests are very hard must be able to memorize concepts and no notes allowed for tests!
