very helpful teacher; patient. it is an 8 week class, and a heavy workload. If you are a Mac user, good luck! Too much work for amount of time spent in semester, but teacher does well for what is on syllabus.

I am rating based on an 8-week class. To be fair, full-term might be easier. The workload assigned is brutal. A lot of it seems to be busy work, and redundant. She gives many time-consuming assignments, gives a week to do them, and gives half credit if they are a minute late.

Good teacher..this is my second Comp App class the first one sucked. Mrs. Hefner break the work down so its not overwhelming. The first three weeks is the hardest but after that smooth sailing. Even willing to have computer lab open to students who want help. Had a WF in other class A in her class Thanks

worst teacher i ever had, she makes learning so complicated and uncomprehendable. A lot of busy work and a very heavy workload. I hate computer app thanks to her and i have to take it again or have a WF on my transcript forever.

Eva Hefner makes a hard class easy by printing out clear instructions and listings of points needed to recieve an A. She is readily available to answer any questions and will work with students who care enough to try. I highly recommend Mrs. Hefner for students who want to learn computer sciences and are willing to put in the appropriate time.

I did more homework in this class than in my 5 other classes combined!!! And ALL of it was following step by step in the book. I learned nothing. Also, she accused people of cheating (rudely) and when they proved they weren't cheating she acted like it was their fault and to "get over it ALREADY" If you value your GPA & sanity, take a real TEACHER!

This teacher is AWFUL and don't let anyone convince you otherwise! The amount of work given within one week is ridiculous, I had less to do for my advanced stats class!!! And how the class is set up and her grade book makes absolutely NO SENSE. Stay away from this teacher if you value your GPA at all.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Took 8 wk class in Spring. Must go every class 2 know what you're doing. She is a very organized & helpful teacher. I also took her 4 Keyboarding. She knows what she is talking about & makes this class very simple. 8 wkly discussions SAM projects & tasks wkly Easy quizzes with answers(print them out it helps) Book assignments wkly

GREAT prof.Excellent for online.The class homework is unreal,but if you send to her the file before it is due,she will answer and tell you what needs to be done.Tests are easy 100's because the practice quiz questions are the same on the tests.I highly recommend her for this course!

Terrible, terrible teacher. Just take the quiz to opt out of the computer credit. It's twenty bucks, and takes like 20 minutes. She is a really bad teacher, and somehow this class was harder than my math class, and american gov class..

I took the class on-line because I was too scared to take it the classroom with her! There are only 3 quizzes,a ton of drills,no midterm,And she'll let you go back to re-due some of the work ONLY if it is before the deadline.I liked it on-line it was very easy.she gives about 95% of the answers for quizzes in review.She showed me how to do a drill.

Not a big fan of computer classes but I did enjoy this one. True she does not give out perfect grades but as long as you do the work, show up to class and study the worksheets because the test material is off of them. Tests are premade and the wording is a little tricky but all the multiple choice T/F are off of these. Willing to work with you.
