Comment:

This was a difficult class not because the subject is hard, but because the amount of work is kind of a lot. I spent up to two hours each homework assignment, and there were two to three a week. Professor didn't really get involved in the class, she would remind us of due dates, but that's it. Not that that's bad. Prepare to self-teach. 8/10

I took Professor Bryant for Accounting and she was great! The lecture videos are short and not the best for information but they will help you put bits and pieces together. The textbook is very important because the HW is based on each chapter. She's very responsive and wants you too succeeded. I would take her again

Comment:

To me the whole point of having a teacher is so that they can either explain the topic at hand in a different way, or add something to make it more clear. Bryant did none of those things. I have taken 4 online classes before, and I have ended those classes feeling like I learned from the teacher, not here. Take her online if you can teach yourself.

On the plus side this class is really easy and if you show up and do the homework you should be able to get an A. She is also really nice. The downside is that the lectures are very long and she doesn't do a great job making the material more interesting. She also spends a lot of time talking about Accounting careers which isn't relevant to me.

Took her for ACCT201 as well. Straight to the point. This online class for 202 is on MAL, don't really need to buy the book for more $. Powerpoints cover everything in general. Homework has a "Get help" option that usually are on all tests/quizzes. Only 4 tests for this class. Do not miss any HW/Quizzes everything counts towards grade.

She treats her students like children, but her class can be easy if you try. Her tests are pretty straightforward, and she always wants to help so dont be afraid to ask. But I dont think I would take her class again.

Prior to taking this class, I had no interest in accounting because I took accounting in high school and was bored to tears. I had the same expectations for this class, but I was wrong! Gabriela made it fun & bearable. She wants students to ask questions if anything is unclear. If you do all the work required, it's hard to not pass and get an A!

Professor Bryant cares that each students understand the material but she won't waste time on students that don't care. She does provide extra credit opportunity. Her classes are taught with her sharing real business experiences, which becomes very interesting. She is fair and true to her grading. Do your work, study and you will pass with an A.

Great teacher! by far my favorite! she is so funny and cares about her students so much. she doesn't move on to the next section unless she feels that the entire class fully understands each concept. I took her for both acct 201 and 202 and loved both classes because she was my teacher for them. Gives you a study guide for the tests and final also

Gabriela types up notes for everything that you need to know which is very helpful. She teaches at a slow pace and goes over all the material multiple times. She is very helpful and seems to genuinely care about her students.

If you pay attention to the chapter notes she has on blackboard. You will get an A. Its that simple. Not the perfect teacher but does care about her students and does well to explain. Maybe to well. You sit in class wanting to move on but she's making sure "your ok" haha its cute though

2 great things about her: 1 - the class notes she provides are exactly what she teaches through in class, and exactly what you'll be quizzed on and tested on. Print & follow them & you'll do fine. 2 - She rarely goes off-topic and doesn't waste your time with rants or picking daisy trails. I wish I would have been able to take her for ACCT201!

I first walked into this class with no interest in accounting and she made this class fun and interesting! She is very helpful, accommodates to everyone's needs, and doesn't move on to the next section until she knows the whole class understands. Easy homework, test and quizzes are easy if you attend class. A+ Teacher!!

I had to retake accounting because the previous accounting professor I had made it seem sooooo difficult and my grades were going downhill!! After taking both ACCT 201 and 202 with her, I'm now pursuing an accounting degree. She made me love accounting!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!!

She's a friendly person, but an awful teacher. She does nothing to discourage cell phone use in class--I had to tell her to make an anouncement and even then she did not enforce the rule. She teaches too quickly, and talks about personal issues a lot. A nice woman, but she has no business near a classroom.

Mrs. Bryant is by far one of the best professors I've ever encountered. She is so helpful and extremely patient. She is very organized, helps you understand the material with her chapter notes, and she really wants everyone to do well in her class. I liked her so much for 201 that I had to take her again for 202. I highly recommend her to anyone.

What a great teacher!!! Accting can be really boring, especially to a Marketing major that has to take it to fufill a business pre-req. But Gabriela really makes the class fun. She is so cheerful and encouraging. She REALLY wants everyone to pass and get A's. Not an easy A, but not a scary class either. Just make sure you GO TO CLASS!! :)
