Professor Gilbert is the sweetest lady ever. Class was enjoyable even though it was a 9 am class on Fridays. She is very understanding if something comes up as long as you let her know. Workload is moderate, just don't procrastinate on your case study or you'll be overwhelmed. She also grades fair on essays. Take her if you can!

She is sooo nice! She has a really funny sense of humor. Mrs. Gilbert is a wonderful teacher. I didn't expect to enjoy this class BUT it was amazing! I learned so much and the required reading (East of Eden) is amazing. One of the best books I've ever read. I highly suggest this teacher. She has an infectiously positive attitude. :D

Phyllis is a wondeful teacher. I took her class on Fridays so it wa slong yet we learned quite a bit. The book she has the class read is WONDERUL! Her assignments are easy and the workload is cake. This would definitely be a class you could not worry about. Easy grader, and will help youget ideas for essays if you are a little lost. I loved her!!!!

sHes be bESt eNglIsh teecher! Honestly though, I Liked her. I would take her over any other engl teacher. You will pass if you show up and at least ATTEMPT to do it. Don't be lazy, just do the work and turn it in, she's not a hard grader. Explains everything very well too. (anyone else notice the 'I <3 Jesus' pen she always wore??)

I'd wish more Eng teachers can be like her! She is great. Four major essays which are totally fun. A case study that is awsome--had a lot of fun doing it. Only have to read one book for the semester= easy work load. Great human being!

I hate English and never did well in an English class until I took Gilbert. I absolutely lover her! I am willing to take a Friday class to take her again, that's big( hehe) She is very helpful and leniant. She makes the class easy and fun, very enjoyable work choices.
