Comment:
Ms. Brown does very little lecturing. If you want to pass her class your best bet is to become best friends with your textbook (meaning you'll be teaching yourself) all she does is barely introduce the topic and leaves us to you to learn what she wants you to know. Not an ideal thing to do for a TEACHER. If you're a fast writer try getting EVERY.

The classroom environment is mostly inclusive of other opinions. Her lectures aren't biased, and although she does state her own point of view, she also states others just as equally. Lots of group activities which I found helpful to learning the material. Tests are also easy if you studied.

Mrs. Brown doesn't like to teach. However, if you read your textbooks and take notes word for word from her lecture, you will be fine. She will work with you if you are a good student, but she isn't dumb. She is very knowledgeable, but I feel her communication skills aren't the best. Your questions need to be very clear or you'll get wrong info.

Ms. Brown was a really cool teacher, you must read each chapter if you want a good test grade. Best way to describe this class is that tests are word for word and lecture is simplified. I read very little so I was amazed when I got an A! :)

She has a Masters degree and is intelligent, but she is not that interested in teaching! (in my opinion). I think she needs the extra money because we dont pay social workers enough!

I took her class my freshmen year and pulled an A in the class. By far, she was not too easy but not too hard. In this class you are required to do an internship and that was the best part of the whole class! I was able to work in such a wonderful center for children. Do be aware of the tests tho, they are not easy. It is word for word from book

Strange teacher. Very nice lady but does not really teach. You must read all of the chapter because she gives weird random questions on her tests. Would take another teacher if possible.

Decent class. The tests aren't too bad, but the 12 hours of approved volunteer work caused problems for working students, and she was no help.

I thought that Mrs. Brown was a great teacher. She was very knowledgable about the material and provided good examples. Her class was pretty easy. 4 tests mostly of definitions and service learning that was good. Overall, she gets my approval

Very vague on subjects. Didn't seem to know the answers, or sometimes didn't even want to answer some questions. I would recommend staying away if you can.
