Comment:

Pam does not go by the class schedule at all, so therefore you have no idea what is due or not. She is all over the place during class, but gives you "lab" time to complete assignments. Tests are multiple choice and usually about 30 questions. She is not Elearning savvy by any means.

She is a joke. Assignments extremely unclear. Does not explain anything in class. Teaches a CST class and doesn't even know how to zoom in on the projector or make external speakers work. Complete hack. This is SUPPOSED to be an easy class, but her lack of teaching skills and laughable assignments make it very difficult. DON'T DO IT.

When looking through here, most of the time having just a few bad reviews comes down to the student, not the teacher. This is not the case here. I promise you, she is completely AWFUL. Assignments are not well defined at all. Goes through meaningless materials, on and on. Most of the assignments are copies of ones from YEARS ago with outdated info.

She is knowledgeable but skims through the material. If you need clarification, you must speak up. If you ask for help she is excellent with one-on-one assistance, in person or via email. Just wished she would have posted the upcoming weekly reading/requirements in advance - and not the night of the class. I prefer to read the material beforehand

mrs. kalmar is one of the best instructors I've had here at Delta. She let's you fix your assignments to get a better grade. We do lots of hands on activities. Learned alot. I would take again without any hestitation.

Mrs. Kalmar was fun, lighthearted, and mad learning computers very interresting and easy. I would definitely recommend her. Wish I could take her AGAIN! She will allow you to turn in your assignments later if you have to and she is very understanding. TAKE HER!!!!!

She is usless. She has no idea what she is suposed to be teaching on a given day. She Always walks in late and is never prepared. She gives you stupid busy work just to take up class time. For the 1st hour of class she walks around talking to people about what assignments they are missing. So if you are not missing anything you just sit there.

Well there are pros and cons. The pros are that she gives ample time to get work done and posts things in a timely manner. However if you are NOT computer savvy at all, I wouldn't recommend her. She has a "you should know this" attitude and isn't always very helpful to students who struggle. Other than that she was average.

She is very difficult to follow and appears to only be teaching the class for the money and not for the sake of teaching. You never really know where the class is going she skips around like nothing else. Don't assume you understand your hw cause what she says and what she means are two different things. Avoid at ALL cost! Wait til next semester.

Really neat teacher. Hot just like her sister. I would recommend you take kalmar when you see her classes. She is very patient and puts up with alot of students that should not even be in college.

Do not take her. He is very disrespectful and does not know what she is teaching. She makes up stupid assignments just to take up the full 2 hours. We have to grade other student's work and she is very rude if you have a question. DON'T take her!

Horrible women, no respect towards anyone! Could have cared less being there and never was around to help, she always left the class for mins to half hr.. when you had a Q she would insult you. Never got grades back or assgm. She was rude from the start and no one in class liked her. calling her a teacher is a compliment!
