He doesn't talk very loud or clear. He has interseting stories, but sometimes gives you wrong information and your grades suffer during the tests. Good luck trying to communicate with him because he runs out of class and is impossible to reach.

This professor always late, terrible writing on board. It is very hard to hear him in the class. He always be the first person run out of the class, sometimes don't answer your email. He doesn't care, avoid take him!

I dont know why he has so much good reviews. His way of teaching is basically talking and that too it is not very clear. He says the tests are just like thew homework, but it is nothing like it. The talking that he does is not very helpful either. And he also does not give back your exams to keep. DO NOT TAKE HIM!

I liked him, he comes off as mean & strict at first but he's really not. Tells you exactly what your responsible for, its just up to you to learn it. 2 exams, a semi-cumulative final & an easy current events project. I recommend him, only knock on him is that he is always late and sometimes 30-45 minutes late! Other than that, he's good.

after reading other comments i must agree he is very knowledgeable and if you want to learn take this professor and you will understand US federal tax system at least on basic level. Read all chapters did all homework and if you want an A you will do the same. good lecturer.

Tax is probably the most relevant class that you will learn when majoring in Accounting. He does a great job teaching the material. He is to the point, lets you know what you need to know. tests are straight forward. He is also the chairman so he never shows up on time and always ends early. you're never there for more than hour and 10, for a 4 cre

Fair Professor. Very knowledgeable. Lots of homework but it will be paid off. Very fast pace discussing material. Gotta have a good notes. Only 1 writing assignment. Class sometimes boring, and his attempt at joke fails.

I don't know who gave him all these good ratings, probably only ppl with c's and up. This class is general hard but he doesn't help it make it easier. He's a prick for the most part. He rushes through the material and its alot of material. He expects us to remember all 16 chapers.

I took him in spring,05. He gave us two midterm, one term paper, and cumulative final exam covering 14 chapters, and i think it was pretty hard. He skips many unnecessary materials from the chapters when goes over them. Study your notes and u will do okay in his class.
