Great guy! He really cared about his students. Did lecture on a PowerPoint and gave a handout to go with it. Always gave a study guide with the test subjects. Multiple choice and fill in the blank tests of 30 Qs. He is very shy makes jokes about the subject. No homework,3 test only. If you want to LEARN but not stress about HW, he is GREAT!

I am currently taking this class and wow do I not like Dr. Tilton. I bought the required text but he has not opened the book once. He comes in does not take roll, sits down and he reads his powerpoint. At the beginning of the semester he would only do the powerpoints and you would have to franticly write down the slides then he would click forward.

Dr Tilton is one of the best professor that actually understand his subject. He really makes use of his time to teach. There are no homework and a total of 3 exams to take. Just read the text book, study his handouts, and you'll do fine on the exams. Guaranteed. However, his lectures can be either really boring or really interesting at times.

Dr Tilton knows what he is talking about. He takes the entire time to teach, no hmwk and just 3 exams. Most peeps skip out of class and thats why they get a poor grade. Show up, listen, read the text book, study handouts, and you'll do fine on exams. Interesting to listen to, but staying awake for it is the hard part.

He is very boring but I can tell he is very intellegent. He has a lot to say and his lectures tend to be very long. He tries to act cool sometimes and through in a few jokes once in a long while and he is very easy to get a long with. Ask questions and you will recieve a great answer he is very caring and really wants you to learn. Great guy!

He tends to go off on a tangent occasionally. He's a bit odd, but very intelligent. He mainly lectures and writes on the board, asks questions here and there and tries to get us to talk. I always almost fall asleep...but, no homework...just 2 midterms and final. He's pretty easy and just wants to get through it like we do. His intentions are good.

He seems very nice, however, he is very unclear when he lectures. He often starts a thought and doesn't complete it, he is repetitive in information and stories (unintentionally). He really has trouble keeping the students interested. Taking this class at night is extremely difficult because it is a 3.5 hour class, and very boring. A lot of students leave half way through. He likes to write on the board, but follows up by saying "you don't need to write this down or know this". VERY BORING!

If you dont want to worry about homework, quizzes and essays than take this class. Although he is a very odd man and walks back and forth and rambles about nonsense, you only have to go to class for 2 mid terms and then the final. So if you like to study on your own and not worry about being in class then def. take him! I passed with a C and i neve

This guy is Rainman... he walks back and forth rambling about nothing at all and then his eyes start twitching. Loses though easily, and repeats himself. He reads out of the book and in 16wks we only covered ch 2. He gives a study guide and doesn't test on the study guide. Very Misleading.

Mr.Tilton talks like Rainman,he puts me to sleep.His class is 3hrs of non-interactive blah-blah-blah, and he strays from key topics.It is no wonder students would leave class at mid break and not return.He appears to be uncomfortable and has a hard time communicating w/long pauses.Not reccommended!
