By far the best teach I have had at this school! Dr. M is amazing, kind, responds fast and VERY easy going. Do the work and you will pass this class, no issue. She goes above and beyond for her students and if you work hard, she will support you. Slack off and she has no issue calling you out on it. Not a hard class, but she makes it enjoyable.

Dr. Mazenko is amazing! She is easily accessible and responds quickly to any questions you have. The course work is not easy but if you put in effort youll do fine. Midterm and Final can be taken online and she allows you to work ahead.

This is a 8 week class so be ready for multiple assignments a week and tests once a week. If you keep up with the reading and checking blackboard the class itself will not be difficult. She is a great teacher and very organized. Tests come straight from notes and book

Comment:

Dr. Mazenko is witty, hilarious and caring. Her chapter outlines and powerpoints layout everything you need to know. She WANTS you to know the subject and does everything to make sure you get it. I absolutely adore her and am taking her for HLT144 this fall. Also, you get 50 extra credit points at the end of the semester!

You are allowed to plan ahead because she will post the lesson and materials. The test are easy if you actually take time to read and study. She is also so jolly and will give bubbly announcement every week! I would take her class over and over again :D . Oh, 92B in her class so study hard!

You can tell Dr. Mazenko is truly passionate about health. There are a lot of assignments to do for the class, but do the work, and you'll have an easy A. Most of the answers to the tests are in the book. When there isn't an answer that can be found in our reading material, Dr. M is fair with giving you the points for them.

Dr. M puts everything on DB. The course curriculum is laid out so that you can get a head start if you like. Very quick responses to emails. You have lots of opportunities for extra credit. She also has a great sense of humor. I signed up for a second class with her.

She is a caring instructor. The material isn't exactly easy but it is manageable. Study the outlines.. I used the book too for extra practice but honestly you don't need it. You can get the book online for under 10 bucks used!! Weekly tests, midterm, final and 30 extra credit points. Highly recommend doing the extra credit. She's a nature junkie!

Dr. Mazenko is an excellent professor. I took online in summer. There were weekly test online, a midterm, and final. She offers extra credit in addition to the 50 extra points of extra credit she gives everyone at the end of the semester. The test are timed but read the chapter and you should do fine. Keep up with the test dates.

This woman is amazing! I signed up for her 10 week online class over the summer and she opened up the class a week early, amazing! She releases all test right away so its easy to get ahead. She offers 50 points extra credit and it's just watch some documentaries and write a response. She's quick to respond to emails and really loves her students.

Took her online class... Must say she is by far one of my favorite teachers. She is so helpful and will literally make sure you get an A.. There is enough extra credit to make sure you pass this class. IF you know the outlines she puts up you will pass the tests. IF you dont study you will fail the tests.... The tests get more difficult also...

Professor Mazenko is a wonderful teacher. She is very clear on all of her assignments, great at getting back to you asap if you have any questions. The class is pretty easy, as long as you do your work and study you will be good to go. Plus she makes it really fun! I would recommend her to EVERYBODY!!!

Dr. Mazenko was an awesome professor for this class. She lays everything out at the beginning for the entire semester and will let you submit assignments early. Her syllabus is clear about what she expects from her students, but also what you can expect from her. She grades very quickly, and replies to all email the same day. HIGH RECOMMENDATION!
