I had him as a teacher my freshman year. He's awful. One of the most pompous and condescending teachers I've ever had. I guarantee if your class isn't regularly participating, you will face his ridicule. He makes YOU document your own participation in an excel sheet. I've never seen a man drink so obnoxiously from a water bottle before. Screw him.

This class was pointless, the teacher teaching it was beyond disrespectful and acted like he was better than his whole class. You teach music, not psychics. I don't know why you're treating a music class like it's more important than a science class, giving incredibly hard quizzes and the music paper instructions were 4 pages, talk about unclear...

One of the worst professors I have ever had. Its a MUS100 and he wants it to be held in the same regard as a Physics or Mathematics course. I've never been so uninspired by a professor before. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. If youre like me and do not want to put in an effort,i.e. read the book, for a friggin MUS100 course run away. Biggest mistake

Ok everyone, this dude is pretty rough in general. He is fairly sarcastic and can be funny at times. But, You would learn more if you just read the book in it's entirety. That is pretty much what this class is anyway, read the entire chapter thoroughly before quizzes and try to participate at least once per class and he wont bother you. godspeed.

I once had a passion for music but he made me dread learning about it. He would constantly lecture us on how we aren't going to get anywhere in life because we don't participate. Also he does not accept doctors notes and doesn't care to answer any questions. I asked him a few questions and all he says is look at the syllabus.

I attended one of his classes and dropped it the next day. He is extremely rude, yelling at us for things that we hadn't even done wrong. You are not allowed to leave the room without permission and are expected to answer every question out loud or he becomes very nasty. He showed a chart that 50% of his students fail with an E. Awful teacher.

Terrible teacher!! If you do not participate he gets very nasty and rude with the whole class. The material for the first test is easy but after that its annoying and confusing. On exams he has listening parts where you have to name the composer and song. He makes you feel stupid when you ask a question. Makes you ask to use the bathroom!!

Absolutely horrible. He doesn't care and says inappropriate things. He actually told us that we will end up pushing carts at Walmart. He has told us we might as well go home and put a gun to our head and shoot. Even though he is kidding, it's not right. He was mean and really doesn't care how well you do. Hated the class.

horrible professor. he expects so much from you and if you dont read his sylabus he freaks out. if you ask him a question and he thinks its stupid he'll make you feel like an idiot. he is very rude and tells us we aren't going anywhere in our lives because he doesn't know how to teach yet expects you to know everything. his tests are impossible.

Extremely difficult teacher. Only gives 3 tests which are impossible to study for. He makes a 100 level intro class seem like a 400 level and always says "Come on guys this is a 100 level class." Unless you are a music major you probably want to avoid him as a teacher. He does give a ton of extra credit by attending concerts but you have to pray you do good on his 3 exams.

AWFUL. If you can avoid taking his class...DO IT. He thinks he's better than everyone, and stares at the ground instead of looking at you when he talks. Everything he says comes right out of the book...so there's no need to listen to him. If there's a class he should teach...it would be how to torture college students.
