Wonderful teacher. She kinda goes off subject when lecturing but her experience shows when she is explaining things. Her exams are open notes but very very difficult so take clear and thorough notes. She cares deeply for her students and wants to make sure everyone is having a good time.

She tends to go off on tangents but if you're looking for an inspirational professor, I'd highly suggest her class so long as you're not a slacker or looking for an easy A. She's a great teacher for those with lots of energy. I took her for psych 100 and 101 and she's really passionate about her job.

I really like this professor, while she tends to go off on long tangents during her lectures, it's evident how intelligent she is. She has a passion for Psych, and really knows her stuff. Tests are rough, and cover A LOT of information, but she does allow notes. (Take GREAT notes)!! She gives a lot of homework, but is flexible.

Jamie is a really funny and interesting person, but that can distract from the class at times. She often goes on long tangents during lectures that don't have anything to do with the class. Luckily the tests are open note and she isn't a very tough grader on homework. Just take notes on what you read in the book and you should get an A.

REALLY GREAT PROFESSOR. Her tests are hard so make sure to take lots of notes, pay attention, and read the material. She does take attendance and grades you for "participation" so if you aren't there then you lose points. Her lectures can go off on a tangent sometimes but as long as you stay up to date on the reading you'll do just fine. :)

A great professor but lecture can sometimes be off topic. She's funny and loves her research. She gives a lot of work to compensate for those who are poor test takers so it balances out. She is fair and the more you engage in class, the more she'll like you :)

Professor Clopton is challenging. I personally LOVE this because I like to be challenged. She really cares about her students as long as they work hard. She is so so so nice. Take lots of notes and pay attention in class. She will assign you questions and homework but I learned a lot in this class. Take this class!! You'll be happy you did! :)

Prof Clopton was an amazing instructor! The tests are straight from the textbook - do not complain about using the text. You are in college! She tended to get off on a tangent during lectures, but when she did lecture about the material - I had great notes. She is super animated and will help you if you need it. She wants you to succeed!

Horrible horrible horrible. Your grade depends on how much you read the book because lectures are pointless. Half the time she doesnt even go over the powerpoint and talks about irrelevant information. I didnt learn a single thing in this class. Take someone else who will actually teach you something. A class where you don't have to teach yourself.

Took her for summer 12. She is interesting, but she does tend to get off topic frequently. You will need the textbook to survive. She does give a bit of busywork, and exams are critical.

She lectures all class about irrelevant material, mostly just telling stories that only barely relate to the material. She can be funny at times, but you really have to do ALL of your reading to do good in the class, so basically you'd have to read the entire textbook to get an A.

Professor Clopton is one of the best professors I have ever met. The class was very informative. The tests were hard, but if you actually took the time to study they weren't a problem at all. If you take her class and actually give it 100% effort you will do great :)

She is literally the worst college professor I have ever had. She can be funny at times, but I absolutley hated coming to class because the entire time she rambles about irrelevant material. Her tests are hard because they have nothing to do with her lectures or assignments. Had to drop it halfway through. Horrible.

Jamie gives great lectures that are interesting and fun, but when it comes to the tests, it's really hard. Each test consists of 60 - 100 multiple choice questions that are hard to understand, tricky, and not clear. You can use notes on all the tests but the final, but my notes never seemed to be enough! Wouldn't take this class again.

Jamie is extremely compassionate; she knows what she's talking about at all times. However, her lectures are extremely hard to follow. So be ready for some heavy reading. She'll definitely work with you, though. She's really entertaining. Her tests, however, can be discouraging.
