DO NOT TAKE ANY CLASS WITH HER. She has to be one of the most boring lecturer. Her tests are super hard. I got D on both of the tests no matter how hard I tried. She gives homework for every chapter and it includes 3 things for each homework. Tests are confusing and do not follow anything from the PowerPoint she provides. Stay away if u can :(

AVOID. Her tests are hard and her lectures are long. More than half the class stopped showing because of the rude attitude she would give people. Look at the syllabus or read the textbook is all shell tell you to do if you have any questions regarding the class. Highly do not recommend.

Comment:

This class was so hard. And I'm an accounting major this was supposed to be an easy class. I am usually a B student and I could not pass her tests no matter how hard I studied. I ended up studying hard for the final and ended up with a good grade in the end. If you get good grades on all homework and quizzes, you should pass.

Comment:

Taking this class online was the worst mistake possible. You have homework for a chapter or two every week. Do not wait until the last minute to do it because itll take you a while. Failed all of her tests no matter how many times or different ways I studied for them. I felt like I never could catch a break from this class.

only two exams, and each exam it's about 6 to 7 chapters. She talks and talks and talks its like she won't ever shut up. i don't recommend her at all, about half of the class drop the course. plus she's rude

Marketing 4590 is not offered with any other professor so I had no options. I know students that had to take this class 3 times to pass. Pay attention. Be on your A game from the first day of class. Don't miss class. When she asks the class if you understand what she taught or not LET HER KNOW if you are stuck. Go to her office hours. Communicate.

This was my easiest class this whole semester. Anyone who struggled with this class must not have read the book or taken notes. The class is easy but you still have to study. I think some people maybe underestimated the class and didn't take it seriously and that's why they struggled. Or maybe they are used to the professors spoon feeding them.

Dr. Cromartie is a fantastic teacher. She's not a fuzzy, take-you-by-the-hand teacher, but she knows what she's doing. I learned A LOT in this course. Make sure to keep up in class. Sitting in the front will not get you an A. In fact, I sat all the way in the back and was the only 100 in the final.

Great professor and definately a subject matter expert. You really need to understand the fundamentals of the class and be able to apply them logically. At best 20% of test questions were from of text, the rest is application and some questions get thrown out if enough people answer wrongly with the same wrong answer. 28% of class did well.

She is a HORRIBLE teacher. Her lectures have nothing to do with her test. She is very sarcastic when you have questions for her. Also very rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone to her (even if she was the only teacher teaching it) .Wait until the next semester.

She is by far the most rude, sarcastic teacher I have ever had. If you must take her, prepare yourself for a headache. Yes, she rambles a lot. She gets confused and never seems clear. She should not teach the Marketing capstone class. Listen very carefully to everything she says and always, always asks questions when she contradicts herself.

I love her! Her lectures in class are real world material, so to do well on her tests you have to read the chapters. But the assignment grades are based on completion, not correctness, so that's absolutely awesome! And the way the homework questions are set up, that's the way her test questions are set up. No surprises. Read and it's an easy A!

I like her, she is funny and knows things about business, but she is not a great teacher and difficult to learn from. She jumps around topics going off on different tangents making it hard to keep up. Textbook is barely used outside of assigning pointlessly easy work assignments on the online module.

She lectures on practical information to use in the real business world, but tests on none of that stuff. It's interesting, but to do well in the class you must read the chapters thoroughly. Definitions are also important. Know as many as you can word for word from the book because she tries to trick you with those on exams.

She is a very terrible teacher. The problem is that she doesn't teach! She talks about marketing and sure it's interesting, but it has nothing to do with what is on the test. It is true about the online hw deducting 10 points on the second try (it takes the highest grade). Marketing could be fun but she is not the right person to be teaching it.

She was an okay professor. She explains the material pretty good. Read the textbook! Her test are challenging, but if you read the textbook and take notes in class you should be good.
