Easily the best professor I've ever had. This wasn't the first class I've had with him but sadly it was my last. He is very strict when it comes to being prepared and reading the assigned material but you learn so much you wont even mind.

AMAZING professor! He really cares about his students. I never felt like he was preaching in class--but that's just me. He's my adviser, and my only complaint is that he's really busy (I think he's a executive in a start-up). I can't wait to take him again!

Decker knows what he is talking about, really smart guy. However he rewards people who read and write directly out of the book and re-word exactly what he says. His idea of participation is to re-state what some one else has said. He is extremely bias towards students who are willing to participate daily even though they have nothing to say.

Prof. Decker is a great professor. He is very knowledgeable and he has successfully applied his knowledge in the real world. more importantly he is good at conveying these ideas. Great all around teacher but he is also a ball-buster about coming to class prepared.

it's embarrassing, but one of his more "preachy" moments had my eyes watering, if you want to have a professor that makes you teach, you have to take Decker. Oh and be prepared to read Drucker.
