The best teacher I've had at Chico in the 3 years I've been here. I actually looked forward to going to Lab each week. He was often very funny. Don't try to bs him though, he can read your mind.

Very helpful in explaining abstract astronomy ideas, makes things simple. Uses the lab manual always which is super helpful! Makes astronomy a manageable class. Wish he taught the lab and the lecture!!

I thought he was a great teacher. He made science fun and interesting, and I'm not a big fan of science. The moon project is hard, and it's A LOT of work, but everyone gets a good grade on it. The test aren't that hard at all. If you come to class and listen to what he has to say, you will do fine on the test.

I thought he was really arrogant and rude. He leaves during lab and tests, so if you have a question you have to figure it out on your own. He knows a lot about the subject but it feels like he's annoyed to be there and not interested in our progress.

I think that he is a great instructor. He is dorky, and that is what is so great. He makes Geos seem fun, especially when he tells all his funny stories. I would recommend him for a lab instructor if you really don't get Science like me!
