I took this class in the summer time to get a credit out of the way and ended up failing. He does not grade the homework assignments so you do not get any extra points to help out your grade. Tests are over an hour and limited time to search the book. Nothing in the tests are relevant to what you just read. Spent 500 on a book to learn nothing.

Never again!!! He makes you purchase an access code you don't need it, just the book. 1/2 the ?'s on the exams aren't from his monotone lecture or book. You have to guess the answer. Quiz 10 questions, as long as essays, 10 minutes to complete. Tests 50 questions, as long as essays, 1 hour 20minutes to complete. I learned nothing. Horrible!!!!

Nice enough guy, but an awful professor. His method of teaching is very disorganized. His powerpoints are awful and filled with spelling errors. He does give you info you need for test, but it's not really that helpful. Spent more time studying for this class than I did several others combined. I highly suggest avoiding his class.

Online class was impossible, I studied like mad to take an exam with hardly anything I'd previously gone over. Discussions were easy and what saved my grade. Do not wait till the last minute to do your work, if you miss the dead line there are no 2nd chances.

Multiple choice tests from questions that he GIVES YOU to study from days before the exam. Takes material from book and PowerPoint slides. Quiz grades are added to final grade as extra credit. Group study for quizes is 'different'. Also grades on a curve. Take good notes. I enjoyed it.

You don't get a free absent day and all he does is sit and read through the power points and you take notes but he flies through them so you do not even have time to copy them down. I do not recommend taking him. He is boring and does not keep you interested. I loved psych before taking his class, not anymore.

Cool guy, but you don't get a freebie absent day like some teachers do. Each class you miss is 3pts off. I missed 4 classes because my younger siblings had early dismissal from snow storms (winter/spring semester) and I had to go get them. It brought my grade down, and I could never get it back up. Study and don't miss class!! He's a good guy.

This class is all about reading. Take notes during class, follow PowerPoint presentations and READ. It's not a hard class if you dedicate time to read every day and not cram all the material into one day. There is extra credit but it's in a group so even though you might know the material, the rest of your group may not. Don't rely on the extra credit to pass.

online class.very hard prof. the material in his exams are not in the book or on his powerpoint. the powerpoints are awlful. he talks to fast and you can't pause the powerpoint. will NEVER recommend this prof to anyone. I was warned before I signed up to take this class with him.. I should have listened!

Have this professor online and it is an awful class. The material is fine and the format is fine, but the teacher is never present! There is no feedback or commentary on his part. Its essentially a student led class. Why is my money paying him when I am not being guided by him in any sense of the word?

Very intelligent and can answer questions clearly and stay on topic. Class is a little boring with power point, but the test material is strait from it. And before tests he gives questions you should know for the test. If you pay attention to those questions the tests are not bad.

He is a wonderful teacher. Makes jokes in class, gives extra credit, his test were multiple choice, plays games such as jeopardy, and is very helpful. I was afraid to take psychology but after having him I can say I would def. take another class. He is a wonderful man, helps you learn it and makes the classroom enjoyable. Def. take him!
