Amazing teacher overall. You'll need an electronic device to follow along with his powerpoints. Throughout the lecture, there are quiz questions that are over the material you recently went over in class. The test can be hard if you don't understand the material. The homework is on connect. It is difficult, but once you understand, it's fairly easy

Robertson is a really nice and an easy-going person. The material itself is hard to understand because its just read off of powerpoints. You have to do the homework to keep up your grade and attend class for in-class quiz grades everyday. The tests were very difficult and most of the class did so bad that there was always a significant curve.

Dr. Robertson is too smart to be a professor. What I mean is, he has a hard time understanding why you may not grasp the content as easily as he does. He is definitely not very personable. His lectures are TERRIBLY BORING. He speaks in a condescending tone and rarely shows enthusiasm. His class is hard, but he could at least help in tone.

Took him for a mid-semester online class. You have a ton of homework from the connect kit that comes with the book. they have deadlines that you have to meet and theres no excuse. Quizzes are taken on the respondus lockdown browser to prevent cheating. But the 2 tests he gives are used with the same browser and a WEBCAM. ridiculous if you ask me.

I took the online half-term course. He has everything pretty organized. The tests are quite tough. When I emailed him, he responded quickly and resolved an issue. He posts lectures, but they were lengthy and boring. WARNING Lots of work Be prepared for it It's not an Easy A course, but if you try, you should do okay. Good luck Astate students

He is so vague, I decided half-way through the semester that it has to be on purpose. Chooses favorites. Thinks that no text is good enough so you have to hunt down the text he put together. To be the dean of accounting, he is a terrible teacher.

Good teacher. It's not his fault that tax accounting is so boring. He tries to make it interesting with an occasional joke. Only complaint is that he's so smart that sometimes he gets to talking so fast and in law terminology that no one in class can understand him.

The toughest class in the accounting department. The tests are difficult and DEFINITELY require effort. Attendance is a must and reading the material is essential. Curves on the exams are decent and do help your grade. The professor is available to help, so that is a plus.

Class was okay. The professor knew the material and did a good job explaining it. The exams were M/C and were tricky...you had to read the chapter and know the material! The professor seemed friendly some of the time If you had him before, he was generally nice to you. If it were just one on one, he was hard to communicate with.

Great professor. Class was a little on the harder/boring side at times, but he's really good. Helps you if you need extra help, will even "grade" your essay/paper for you to correct and turn back in. Really enjoyed the class!
