You are on panel twice during the semester, and he expects you to know your stuff. Covers a ton of material - too much really. The final emphasizes the minutiae and is in a weird format. This is a good class to audit for the bar, but I wouldn't take it for a grade if I could do it over again - took too much time away from my other classes.

Very difficult class. The classes themselves are not too difficult, but the exam is the hardest I had during law school. On the other hand, he is a good teacher, and I learned a lot.

He is a bit of a grinder, he is a stickler... treats the class like it is a 1L class which gets old. He does try hard and will prepare you for the Bar exam. His final is very difficult and impossible to really prepare for
