Has a spanish accent but math is universal. Willing to help you after class. Sometimes unclear on grading procedure and will go very fast if you don't speak up. Take MAT 092 before this class because you will do algebra and geometry.

this professor does not understand what he is doin ... half the time he gets the wrong answers to his own problems and when he grades test or quizzes he mark a lot of the right answers wrong ... it is very frustrating for the stuents to understand especially since ome of the students know what they are doing ... he confuses the smarter students!!!

If you have this professor swich out of his class. Mr. Hernandez has a hard time understanding and speaking english. He cannot get the answers to his own problems correct. I ended up dropping his class because i could not understand anything that was going on and it seemed to me he didn't either.

This professor is very unorganized and not to mention about half of the problems he shows he gets the wrong answer. Bottom line he is incapable of instructing a math class.. Also he his english is very poor and is hard to undertand.

I am dropping this class. Mr. Hernandez is completely disorganized. I find it difficult to learn anything from him and his explanations are over complicated, I would do better simply reading the book and turning in the assignments without showing up.
