i love this man! he is so nice and pays attention to his students. he gives a lot of facts that has nothing to do with math but it keeps the class interesting. gives a few tests but if you pay attention and go to class you should be fine. he explains everything really well so this class should be a breeze

Prof Hanser is the most brilliant professor I have met at SJU. He has so much insight on everything from math to life, His class was way more then a math class but an eye opening experience to realizing what u want from the world. Classwork wise you get 3 test but get a pretest before every test that basically allows u to breeze through the tests

He is pretty easy. Gives questions to tests and the answers. Attendance not required. He does grades tests very weird. Even if you give him the exact answer he gave in class, points get subtracted. Still a super easy class to pass.

Such a nice guy! Loves what he teaches and tries to make jokes to keep everyone interested. Gives test questions out the class before the test. Extremely helpful and lets you do extra assignments if you don't like your test grade or if you miss a test. He also doesnt take attendence but I recommend showing up before a test. take him!

Prof. Hanser is a pleasure. He really tries to make math fun. He is enthusiastic and creative in his teaching. You would be very lucky to take him. He's easy and fair, but you need to show up for class. Terrific Teacher!!

Sweet guy.. great teacher.. makes a lot of analogies towards the subjects. i was horrible at chemistry before, now i'm ok. all test questions are given before the test with review the days before. Willing to help. A little boring sometimes, but a risk willing to take

Although Prof. Hanser is a sweet and geniune man-his class simply put is horrible! I took the class on Tuesdays, and Thursdays and fell asleep most of the time! DROP THE CLASS! believe me he tells these long and boring stories about life...!

Awesome teacher. He tells you his personal stories every class then a few days before the test he gives you the questions and answers for the test and final. Make-up test! Best teacher, cant complain he helps you out so much. No midterm. Great teacher & knows how to make a class smile!

Great old guy, cheerful, jolly, and funny at times. As far as the class goes, it is physics so it gets odd and obscure at times, but he's awesome. He will help you out, and he takes like three classes before every test to review, if you dont learn the stuff, its your fault.
