He runs through the powerpoint skipping things saying you should read them outside of class. Does not fully explain big concepts. Better learn how to memorize everything from day one. For an introductory class, you sure need to know a lot of information.

He's the kind of professor that just says "you need to know this for the exam" but then doesn't teach it to you. He expects you to read the book and already know everything by the time you get to class. Has powerpoints, but goes through them really fast because "we would already know it if we read the book." Honestly, a useless professor.

The teacher is great. He explains everything really well and goes slow to make sure everyone understands the material. His homework give you multiple tries and quizzes are pretty easy. The textbook is awesome and gives you great explanations. Surprised this teacher isn't better rated.

He is not bad. He always post extra study materials on blackboard before the exam, and remind us every due day before the class start. If you study and do your homework, you will pass.

Relies completely on Powerpoints. You have to teach yourself most of the material. The truth is that he is a very nice man, but he doesn't really explain anything. He takes attendance on random days and pop quizes. Read the book and do the homework. In class you will rarely learn anything, you teach YOURSELF.

If you want to fail then take him. He's not receptive to questions at all. He openly discourages students. He talks to u as if ur a graduate student and ur supposed to kno the info b4 u enroll in the class. He's useless. In order to pass...read the book & work problems, get a smart friend or study group, go to tutoring, and hope for the best.

Very rude man. Does not teach anything at all. He expects you to know and work out the problems by yourself. Drops you if you fail 3 homeworks, then when you try talking to him he laughs at you and tries his best to discourage you and get you to drop the class. DONT TAKE!!

Professor can be a little strict with class disruptions/talking. Lectures were clear, at least to me, though you might want to do some self-studying.

The only good thing I can say about him is that he actually personalizes some of his emails to the students. He's very in to "self-teaching" so I advise you to either read the book or get a really good friend of yours to help with the class.

Worst chemistry professor, and very rude too. He drops you if you fail 3 of the homeworks, laughs at you, and tries his best to discourage you from being in his class. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I say take Geanangel instead.

This man cannot teach at all. If you can teach yourself Chemistry from the book, I say take this class. Otherwise, make sure you dont take him. He's a nice guy, but he needs to change his teaching style.

You need to do most of the work yourself and if you have a problem, google it.He was ok toward the end especially chapter 10.I made and A- because I felt sick during the final but you can make it if you study and do the homework many times.

Different teaching style -- doesn't write out examples, just takes them from the book. If you read your book and do the WebCT quizzes/practice tests religiously you will no doubt make an A. Use the tutoring services and your :classmates to study, don't rely on the class itself. Kadish is a very sweet man if you talk to him 1 on 1.

Nice teaches. At first, he was an ok teacher. gradually, he improved his teaching skills. This is actually an easy class, my problem was that I didn't read my TEXTBOOK or anything. I pulled off with a B+ and I know I could have done better if I did what he told the students to do. I would take him again. He's not too boring.

he means well, but does not have an effective way of teaching; he basically makes powerpoints of the book. Don't expect the lectures to really help you though since its the same thing as the book...also, if you love statistics then kadish is for you. ;)

He's a candid professor. He tries to teach and tries to actually help but doesn't do a very good job of it. If you plan on taking this class, expect ALOT of textbook reading, and prior to attending his lectures, read the book. SERIOUSLY. The tests are actually easy-hard (depending on which test) if you actually study. Most people falied, btw.

he has random attendance taking! and he'll drop you from the class if you're absent 3 times. talk about tough! he's very boring, but understandable. hard to stay awake in his class sometimes. i just go there because i feel guilty. if you want to pass this class, read the book. the online notes help somewhat too. take it at your own risk.
