I thought Kathy was always so helpful and nice. She definitely has high standards for one pagers which is unfortunate but if you go to class and try you shouldn't have any problems.

Dr. Whitmore is one of the best professors out there. She is extremely caring and goes out of her way to make sure you get the best experience in her class. Although her teaching style isn't a carbon copy of every other professor she makes her classes interesting and worthwhile.

Kathy was a great professor. she showed a lot of things about the reading subject that i didn't know before. i hated reading but Kathy showed that i don't have to love it to read. now i read all the time for fun and not just what the professors give me. Kathy is a amazing teacher and helps out on anything you need. only take her class.

She is hands down the worst teacher I ever had! She plays favorite and if your not one of them your screwed. All you learn is how to repeat what she believes because if you have different opinions you are wrong. I learned nothing that would be helpful in real life. She give the illusion of being open minded but that’s a farce. Don't take her class!

Dr Whitmore is one of the best professors I have ever had! She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her subject, and it shows! I learned more in her literacy assessment course than in any of my other education classes! She is awesome!
