Took his BusLaw class online. Pretty straightforward and online material is organized. His quizzes have no time limit when you start it as long it's done before the deadline. I believe the midterm and final do have a time limit. Quiz answers are from the text book, he assigned a couple of discussion assignments and 1 contract project. Good teacher.

I took him in Spring 2011 and I absolutely loved the class. There are no midterm or final, just 4 MC quizzes. He doesn't require class participation, and after few weeks stops checking the attendance. Overall, I would say he is a chill and cool professor. Take him, you won't regret it. :)

Great professor! I took the online Winter Business Law 1 class. Do all of the assignments which were 4 chapter test per week and you should pass with an A! I was clueless about law and manage to do well.

Professor Lanzer is a very good teacher. He only asks that you be in class. Also dont ask him questions that are not relevant to the subject or give him a smart remark because he will make you look dumb. I do recommend him

Just finished my law class with Professor Lanzer - he encouraged us to get higher grades - get involved! He goes over, in detail, every test he is going to give you .. just don't miss the classes and you'll do just fine! A bit of a New York accent but ... interesting to say the least!

Had Prof Lanzer in previous classes, he's very lenient on attendance but strict on turning in assignments. Test is mostly from the book, which is open book. Very insightful in immigration and real estate. TAKE HIM!

A real estate broker, and lawyer, well suited to teaching both real estate classes, with some real world experience. Pleasant personality. Missed a number of classes, so some of the material was a little rushed, but got through it all. Overall I was happy and would take another class with him.

Comment:

Very nice man although a bit bitter over his divorce and women altogether. Also very funny and extremely helpful. He is also not hard on the eyes. I would suggest his class to anyone, not too demanding, just get your reading done.
