he is an awesome teacher...is passionate about his job...really cares about his students. takes time to help you out if you have any questions or anything...really easy to talk to. makes class fun and entertaining. tells funny stories in between speechs to make everyone more comfortable. just never walk in late while someone is giving a speech!!!

Erbe was a great speech teacher! He's leaving this fall for texas, but overall, he was very helpful for overcoming my fears of speaking in public. I got an A!

Cool guy, explains the assignment clearly, helps you overcome your fear of talking in front of an audience, I took him during this last intersession class and I felt very confortable in his class, by the way, everytime he sees someone on his class looking at the clock, he tells him/her the time, LOL?!

GREAT TEACHER! Made speech an amazing and fun class. Easy grader. You can tell that he wants everyone to succeed. He is a very funny man and keeps you on your toes. I recommend enrolling in his class ASAP. He can get a little moody about late people, but other than those rare times, he is ALWAYS nice :)

This guy has an awesome approach to teaching, if youre sleeping, he'll crack a joke. Hes really cool, keeps you interested and wants to see everyone succeed in class. Deffenite must take if you have to take speech. you will overcome your fear if you have one. His Rot is adorable too!

okay. lets start from the beginning. he is interesting. i came in. i sat down. he looked at me. i looked at him. he gave me a 'toothy' grin. i puked. (not really). met a cute boy. liked boy. but then boy and me decided not to like each other after speech class ended. i blame erbe. (KIDDING.) he is a good teacher. but he loves his rottweiler. a LOT.

I was so freaked out about this class but this guy did everything he could to make each person feel comfortable. Great teacher, hilarious & entertaining. You have some non-graded speeches that are mandatory & the graded ones are mostly graded by structure w/ minor points for delivery. His sylabus is online at Palomar's web site-look up his name.

Currently in his class right now! And loving it. Kevin in the funniest person ever. Totally wants you to learn and feel comfortable and have fun while you are doing it. I recommend him to anyone! Plus he is super hot! Who wouldn't want a hot teacher? LOL well sorry boys!

First day he pretends to be a hard ass but he's really not so bad. I stopped going to class because I could not stand in front of the class with out my heart pounding and my hands shaking, and I found out I was pregnant a couple weeks into it and thought that wasn't good for the baby, but I would probably take him again. Lots of speeches.

You should definitely watch out for him on the first day. H e makes it sound like he is a total hard ass, but after the first day he is the mellowest teacher I have ever had. All you have to do is follow his rules, he will be chill and you will learn a lot. This is a class you have to take anyway, why not take it with a dope teacher?

He was the GREATEST! He's tough, but you learn a lot. He creates a comfortable family environment, which is exactly what you need in a class like this. I would recommend him to anyone who takes a speech class.

Great teacher. He can be intimidating the first week but only to scare away the slackers. He has a good taste in music and can relate closely with students. Don't be late he'll put you on the spot,but if you know ahead of time that your going to be late or miss he'll be understanding

Watch out on the first day, it is a show designed to clear out the uncommited. He is very helpful and very friendly. I recommned him but be warned this seems like a sleeper class but it does have a lot of work to it if you want a "A".
