Amazing professor! She is so good at teaching the material in a way you can understand. Mirco is a hard class so you have to work for it but she makes it easy to understand and very clear.

She is the worst teacher ever. she makes her lecture test to confuse you. labpractical quizzes are simple and lab practical is straight from lab manual. Lecture test are extremely hard.

She is very clear with her expectations and she is very brusque.. She makes it a point to word her exam questions in a way that you could easily select the wrong option if you weren't careful. If you struggle with standardized tests, this is not the professor for you. I completed her study guides and kept quiet. I got through it.

She is the dean of Biology for Seminole State so she definitely knows her stuff. Gives bonus questions on every exam (up to 5 points). Not friendly, but very knowledgeable. I only left class early twice - be prepared to start on time and finish exactly when class is supposed to end. Overall a pretty good professor.

I wish Prof. Maznicki can teach all my health science classes. she is very energetic and funny in class, which helps you acquire the knowledge faster and more memorable. The learning system prof. Maznicki implemented in the class really works in student's benefit. The homework, quiz and test really help us to acquire the knowledge of health field.

Professor Maznicki is cut and dry. She has a syllabus for a reason. Read it, follow the directions, and don't complain when she doesn't budge on an issue. She is a great lecturer and tells great stories to tie into the content. She expects you to learn and put forth the effort to earn the grade. I have great respect for her teaching style!

Dont expect an easy A. very thorough and goes over every little detail. She uses up all of lecture and lab time so dont expect to leave class early. Lecture exams are decent as long as you study Lab quizzes are easy , as long as you attended lab and paid attention. Unknown is easy but frustrating Attendance is mandatory, she takes off points

This class is rough! Work hard, do the homework and show up and you'll get an AB. The teacher. She uses time wisely and is a great lecturer. BUT she's RUDE. The class is dead quiet 99% of the time, no questions from the students.. why? Because she answers your question and also gives you a backhanded comment. She knows biology but not people.

This professor is impossible. I studied for many hours and never passed a test with a grade higher than a C. She has a quiz just about every class and if you ask her questions she makes you feel dumb. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLASS!

She is awesome! The class is not easy by any means but if you show up, take notes and ask questions you will pass! She would even answer any questions you had either in her office or by email. She is very helpful if there is something you do not understand. Wish I could of taken her for Bio too!

BEST PROFESSOR EVER! The only reason for these "bad reviews" is laziness on behalf of the student. Micro is a hard class, but if you pay ATTENTION, you will do fine. She is more than fair, but the class is still VERY challenging.I would have learned 10x as much had I taken her for Gen BIO. Show up, work hard, and you will truly learn the material.

Love to listen to the history and real life stories she told about microbiology. Funny and fascinating. No homework, lab quizzes or reports. Bonus pts on every test. Take good notes or tape her. Every detail could be one of the choices on the tests. Half of my class got As and Bs.

She was definitely my hardest teacher. She isnt mean though her class is tough. If you dont like to study and fall asleep during lectures... which in her class omg so easy to do.. then i dont recommend taking her class. She is very smart and expects a lot from you. no extra credit either. I will not be taking her class again!

This teacher is not for those who are poor test takers. Her questions are worded in such a way that need to have a detailed understanding the material SHE presents. Don't bother with the new edition of the book; 100% of the material comes from her notes and lecture. She give you the reviews for the test along with your notes. Use them!

WOW! She is one smart cookie! She can explain just about everything about this subject! This class IS TOUGH! If your not a disciplined student this will not be an easy A,B,or C! She does however try to help you understand in any way she can. Her tests are based on an outline and study guide and are still hard. Very good teacher but hard class!

Loved her. I took her for General Bio and Micro. She is very clear. YOU KNOW WHAT SHE EXPECTS. You will learn from her and if you need help, ask and she will give it. All her lectures are already outlined for you. It comes in very handy and you are able to listen more to what she is teaching then trying to keep up with notes. STUDY FOR TESTS!

She's a good teacher. MCB isn't easy-you actually have to study. Maznicki knows her stuff, and is willing to answer any questions. She is not rude or condescending in any way that I saw, though some here say she is. I recommend. You will learn alot with her, unlike too many professors at SCC. Study her notes over what's in the textbook.
