An amazing teacher. She was very helpful and always responded to emails the same day, even if it's 9pm. Definitely take her for this class. I didn't have a textbook all semester but reading the modules and then borrowing from classmates helped me pass the tests.

This class was extremely organized and had fun, interesting projects! The professor was always quick to respond to emails and you could tell she cared about her students and the class. Just do the assignments and you'll definitely pass. Would take this class again. - Probably don't need the textbook.

Professor Pilgrim made this class very straightforward and I have nothing to really complain about. Everything is done one week at a time and she was VERY helpful with questions if I ever emailed her.

Her assignments are very straight forward, some fun and as long as you put in effort you will pass this class. I took the online version and there were 3 quizzes and 1 final, you can find all the answers in the book and google so there's no reason to fail them. 1 small group activity. She's a great professor, I would recommend taking the class.

This is an easy class. Pilgrim is an easy grader. You can get by without the textbook, but it is useful for the tests. She doesn't always explain assignments well but she will respond to messages if you have questions. You can pass this class with an A if you at least put some effort into the assignments.

She is an amazing instructor her directions are very clear and if there is a question she responds to emails quickly. Class was mixed mode so quizzes and final exam were online which helped and there's plenty of time given to do projects. Pay attention to criteria and grading rubric for each project and there is no way you will get lower than an A+

Had EME 2040. Very easy class. Attendance is mandatory. Home/classwork is extremely easy. All homework you have 1-2 weeks (depends if online week or not, its a mixed mode class). Avg homework takes about 15-30 mins to do. Tests are online, just use the glossary page, they're not hard.

Pilgrim is great at answering any questions you have fast and thoroughly. Class is well structured (I took it online) and easy to follow. Keep up with assignments and module reading. Reading the textbook is not necessary but have it helps with tests (or you can access it online for free). Bookmark the links she suggests, they're amazing.

EASY class and she is very nice and helpful. Assignments are all online though you meet in class sometimes. Assignments are easy and helpful with hands on technology learning but if you really want to learn the boring textbook material this may not be the class. Take her!

There is so much busy work in this class! My class was supposed to meet face to face, but she changed it to every other week, and we're there for like 30 minutes, not the full amount of time. Basically, it's an introductory level class, but we're treated like we already know the material. This class is a major hassle.

Took class completely online. There is group work involved, which can get frustrating for those students who ignore their online classes. I missed an online chat because of work, but only missed 10 points. Class taught me a lot I can use in my classroom and was fairly easy. Reccomend this prof and taking it online if you have good work ethic.

Great teacher & easy class. All assignments are written out in detail as to what is expected. Turn assignments in on time and you will do fine. They are all very simple to complete & not time consuming. Made class interesting and I learned a lot. Although class is mandatory I took her mixed mode class so class was not held every week which was nice

I really enjoyed this class. I took it completely online and it was pretty easy. I completed the class with almost a 100%. I learned a lot through the assignments and they were also sort of fun. She's a very nice teacher and is very willing to help you when you need it.

really easy professor. took the course completely online. very very organized and a great experience overall. grades back pretty quickly, and lots of interaction through email and message boards. definitely recommend!!
