She is ok. She took off 8 points from a paper for the simplest mistake. Her class is really easy. Make sure you read what she assigns. The final was dumb though. How are you gonna grade poem interpretations. The class was easy, the final was dumb. She is nice though. She doesn't have class of Fridays, just online assignments.

Professor Gonzales is an outstanding literature teacher! Just show up, read the material, and participate and you are good to go! She is incredibly kind and seems like a really genuine professor.

I would not take another class with this teacher. Her assistant was the one who taught and graded everything and never gave her input on the grades we received (which were graded way too strictly). She did however bump my grade up a letter grade at the end probably as a way of apologizing of not teaching and helping at all

Best professor I have ever had. She made class enjoyable. You just go to class because she gives a simple quiz every class just to make sure you read the VERY short assignment. Very help and fun. I would take her again any day.

she is really nice and topics are very interesting and she is very open minded but at the same time speaks her mind. i took her in the summer and it was EASY she print the article out for us and if you did not understand how to do format it she was good at explaining it to you.

Ms. Gonzales is a teacher that really wants her students to do well. I really enjoyed her class for two reasons. 1) It wasn't difficult if you did the readings and assignments, and 2) she's a really sweet lady that loves my love, British Literature. She's been my advisor for four years, so I know her better than most. If you ever have the chance to take her class, go for it. She's pretty cool.

The best freshmen english teacher out there. I would be still in college if it wasn't for this lady. I love her to death and respect her. I honestly do not think she will fail you if you show up everyday. You will at least get a D. It took me 5 tries to get past freshman english. I got her. LIFE WENT GOOD. I graduated Magna****Laude. She was a good teacher. I don't like english, but she wasn't to bad. The group worksheets were all completion and she had different topics that could interest you in your major ie psychology, history, women's rights etc. The final was a bia, it was ~10 paragraphs writen out over the writings.

I hated this teacher! She didn't help w/ anything & no compassion. I was sick w/ the flu; I had a doctors note saying DON'T GO TO CLASS & I was on 4 meds & I missed ONE class & she took off a whole letter for one of my papers! Plus her papers are about stupid topics. I DON'T RECOMMEND HER!
