His class was very easy, and he's really funny. He gives u everything you need before your tests, the reviews are just like the test. You don't have to pay attention to lecture as long as u study before the test with all the material he puts up (very helpful). Just spend a day studying before test and you'll ace it. Highly recommend.

everyday class consists of long lectures and powerpoints. tests can be hard because you have to memorize all the information plus 5 paragraphs worth of definitions. you basically teach yourself, good luck.

The tests are hard only because there is so much you have to memorize. It's 40-50 multiple choice questions then 5 glossary words you have to memorize and define. But he provides all the things you need to study and also has a lot of extra credit work. And no textbook.

The professor offers a good amount of extra credit, and the work is not hard, just stay on top of the work. He's pretty funny which makes the class more enjoyable. No textbook either.

Professor Davis is a hilarious man and one of the best teachers I've ever had! His class is fairly easy if you stay on top of your work, and his lectures are pretty entertaining as well! He also offers a lot of extra credit. If you bring a dollar at the start of the semester, he will provide all the scantrons for tests!

Honestly, Professor Davis was one of my favorite professors I have ever had. His class is very easy as long as you show up (THE REVIEWS ARE EXTREMELY SIMILAR TO THE TESTS). Prof. Davis gives a lot of extra credit which personally I took advantage of and ended both U.S. &state and local government with a grade higher than a 100.

No text book ever. Easy class to pass show up, do the work and the extra credit which there is plenty of and you will pass this class. Test are a little confusing but not impossible. He is funny and an easy grader. Need an easy class to set up to balance class load this is a good option. Good professor and funny. You will not regret this class

No Text book used. You want a good grade in this class you need to show up and listen to the lectures and take notes. You miss class your going to fall behind. He has extra credit work that will balance out your grade. Extra credit is writing assignments. He has a sense of humor and cares about his students. show up and take notes.

At first I thought he was gonna suck but then he grew on me. He's pretty unorganized at times to where I had no clue what the heck he was talking about but he gives a ton of extra credit and posts all the notes online. If u wanna pass the tests study the focus sheet and ur good! On the final test I needed to get 1 pt to get an A! DO ALL XC CREDIT

Mr. Davis was an average teacher for me. Coming close to the end of the semester I feel like I am less present in the class. i am physically there but my mind is wondering because i usually take really good notes but his tests are based off of his FOCUS sheets and GLOSSARY. he was an ok average teacher. dry humor so be ready :)

Davis is easily my favorite professor so far in my college career. He definitely has a sense of humor that takes some time to get used to, but is completely fantastic once you do. The will give "pop" quizzes that he announces at least a week in advance and is clear in what will be covered. One of the clearest graders I've had, no book, fun class.

Professor Davis is hysterical and loves what he teaches. His grading is easy: he gives lots of assignments, "pop" quizzes and extra credit opportunities. He definitely makes it easy to succeed in his class. Attendance is definitely mandatory. His class was awesome and I recommend him to anyone.

If you show up to class you will pass. And for the tests he posts a review online with has every piece of info you need to know. I did extra credit and was in class everyday (he gave EC pop quizzes) and ended up not having to write the final paper or take the final and still got an A. It is a very clear-cut class.

Where do I begin? His grading system makes no sense so you won't have a good idea of where you stand just by looking at your myTCC account. He was also rude to the students on several occasions. On the other hand, his tests were not that hard and he provided all the necessary documents for you to read to pass them.

Mr. Davis is a great teacher. Just do your work and you will pass. If you are struggling he offers a lot of extra credit.
