Kaplan is a greater professor and has had an amazing life, so he tells the best stories. He makes sure everything is real-world-applicable and does so in the most chill and hilarious way. Take this guy if you can! He's the best

Great guy. Kind of off his rocker, but definately is there because he loves to teach. Readings aren't really discussed in class, but are on the final exam -- so it's worth keeping up on them. Easy A as the only grade in the class is a 20 page research paper which you can boost by giving an optional presentation to class.

Very boring class. No work until the 20 page paper and final, but don't be worried about the paper. Wrote it in three days and did fine. Make sure to read the books though, they come up on the final. Had to read them all the few days before the exam and got an A. He's a cool guy but I still wouldn't recommend this class.

I just turned in the 20+ term paper for this class. Everyone on here said "easy A," but i dont see it. the whole semester was boring and all information was stuff i learned in intro classes. no work until this paper and a final exam. Id say avoid this guy, although he's nice and tries to be cool with students

He is a great teacher! Mid-term paper and final paper and final, plus if you presented the paper you got an extra 10%. Very easy A. Reading is optional, but doing it really makes the class worth the money. A+!

What a fool. He does not link anything to the subject matter of the course. Overall, I have not learned how justice and public policy even work together. He spends too much time saying what is wrong, but never provides an idea of what can be done to improve the situation. Instead we all sit and stare at him waiting for some intelligent.
