Dr. McKee was extremely passionate about her teaching, but this class was an absolute liability as far as organization goes. The Connect homework is annoying, but helps you more than her lectures. She moves so fast during lecture that I just stopped taking notes. She replaces the lowest test grade with the final exam grade.

Do the Connect homework and practice it. If you get the Connect stuff, you'll pass the tests easily. She moves pretty quickly in class, so basically the only classes that were useful were the review ones before a test.

Flies through the material and makes everything way more confusing than it should be. You're better off using a tutor to teach you the material. She is the most fast-pace professor I have ever experienced. Does not explain clearly where she gets her calculations. She asks if anyone has any questions, waits .2 seconds, then proceeds.

A really sweet woman. Her lectures are confusing at times but she is really enthusiastic about her teaching. 3 tests and replaces your worst grade with your final exam grade. Nice lady, but oftentimes students have to correct her during her lectures. Homework is easy and she is always there to help.

Worst professor I've had. Gives out so much material and expects you to memorize every exception, circumstance, and bit of minutia; despite it being a field that changes constantly. Spent the whole semester learning how to do personal taxes, which is a good life skill but gives no job skills. Seven exams & projects are too many with weekly quizzes.

Three tests and a final. Homework is graded on completion. Tests are mainly multiple choice with maybe two free response at the end. The final was all multiple choice and she gave us a notecard to use with it. Her lectures aren't very helpful, but if you do the homework and read the book you should get an easy A on the test

Taking her for Int. Acct I would be the worst idea you've ever had. This was the first time she's taught the material, and struggled to know her own material. Her tests are absolutely impossible, and I can speak on behalf of many other students that the average grade on her tests was 50. 1 of our tests had 5 chpts. cumulative final. have fun.

TAKE THIS PROF. She understands that accounting is difficult and she does her best to get you through. She loves questions, homework assignments aren't bad and she genuinely wants you to succeed. The class can be boring but that is the subject matter. Very energetic and thorough. If you have to take accounting you should definitely take her!
