After one session with Lloyd, you will need a broom to sweep up all the names he drops. So full of himself and random stories that add no value. (note: no idea what the actual section # is for my class, but it was the core OB for the MBA at BU)

These responses may be for the sake of a vendetta, as Prof Baird did not teach OB 713 in 2008 or 2007. I have found him to be a consummate statesman with a deep understanding of org behavior and a deft ability to facilitate positive org change. BU students, myself included, are lucky to have his talents to draw upon in our education.

Agree completely, Lloyd Baird is the single dumbest professor I have ever had the misfortune of knowing. He is so full of himself, but his lectures are FULL of mistakes that could have been avoided with just a few minutes of research.

This class should be called the Lloyd Baird variety show. The spotlight is firmly on him; but shouldn't it be on us, the students?? Class participation shouldn't even count because he doesn't let anyone get a word in. The cleaners need to vacuum the room after class is over because of all of the names he manages to drop.

He is a bitter, mean man who gets kicks out of making you feel like your wasting your time in your major. You can't not take him if you take this course, just don't listen to him during lectures...youll be depressed afterwards.
