I really liked her class. She tries her best to help all of her students succeed, but you have to be prepared to participate in discussions. She grades fairly and makes good, constructive comments. She was always willing to answer my questions, and was understanding when I had to submit a project late because of a family emergency.

She is a great teacher! She grades fairly, and its not hard to do well, if you work hard. Funny in class and very interesting. She's a little awkward but its funny, and she makes you read really interesting articles. You don't have to say much in class if you dont want to. Highly recommend!

She was very nice, helpful and loved hearing our opinions about the article that had to be read. The class was a bit difficult, but if you read all the articles assigned and understand them well, the class will be fun

She explains well in class. Wants to hear about the students perspectives which is nice. However, she is very awkward. She is not very generous while marking. An A is hard to achieve in her class. She is very hard to please and her expectations are hard to reach. She is intimidating and not very helpful in a one on one consultation.

So sweet. Smart. A little tough and unclear in what she wants, but marks are pretty fair. Likes class discussions, which can be intimidating if you know nothing about poetry. However, she was very helpful. Interesting and various essay topics to choose from. Overall, a good class.

An awesome prof who, despite a quiet manner, is strikingly intelligent (I don't know anyone else who would think of studying silences in Shakespeare's plays) and a lot of fun.
