Teacher Lyn is a good teacher in the beginning I don't feel connection with her but after I understand more the class and her personality and the most important thing I learn a lot because she explain and plan very good her class. I recommend her as a teacher.

She's always late. The last 3 weeks of the semester I was lucky if she came to class once or twice. She always had a substitute in or would call off class. I wouldn't take this again. It's a pretty simple class if you just pay attention and write your papers.

Awful. She mailed it in this semester, always arriving late and leaving early. Many times she just failed to show up. Instruction consisted of reading the assignment then grading papers while the students worked in groups. No help, no detail. I see that others have said nice things previously, but for this class it has been a waste of time.

excellent professor! she is very organized and the readings are interesting. It is a lot of work but it's not hard hard. she gives you an orientation before class starts if you take her online class. The orientation made everything make more sense and I'm glad I took this class.

AWESOME teacher! Weekly duties are Journal monday, Discussion board wednesdays, responses due friday. Lots of reading, but very very interesting readings. She gives lots of extra credit, and helps explain everything. Very organized structured online class. Loved it. Two quizzes, two tests and two assignments

Lyn Neylon is a great teacher and her English 122 class is no exception. The class is clear, easy to follow, though it can be overwhelming if you don't manage your time properly. There are weekly journals to complete, discussion questions to do, and only two essays! Fun class!

Took Dr. Neylon's Engl 122 & Hum 120 classes online. Very organized, and the quizzes based on discussion questions. You get credit for every piece of work, and she offers extra credit too. IMPORTANT: always check Friday lectures because often test questions use that info. She responds quickly to questions - very helpful & nice.

I totally loved this class. It was online, and we read about art and listened to a music CD and went to a museum and I saw a play. Way fun if you like the arts. She is very organized and there is a lot of information, but if you have ever taken an art history class, then you know there is a LOT to know.

Reasons? At orientation, she disclosed that we would have to write many essays, research papers, visit and evaluate an art piece at the museum, attend an opera, assignments and class comm. due every MWF! rediculous! this is more than I had to do in English 120 - College Composition! too much work for a GE class. Find something else to take.

This teacher is fun and energetic! Took her online class and it was pretty simple & organized. Journals due Monday by 10am, Discussions due Wed. by 10, & Responses due Fri. by 10. Yeah, there's a lot of work, but it's about the same as I have had in other English classes. The good thing is that if you ask her for help, she replies quickly.
