I loved this class!! If you struggle with writing papers take a class with him! He gives awesome feed back and id super easy to bounce ideas off of. We had to write a number of papers but he was an easy grader and cared more about creativity than anything else.

Awesome guy. Extremely funny and is willing to help when needed. Pretty easy grader when it comes to essays. Allows you to revise essays for extra points. If you do your homework and try to well written essays you should be able to get an A.

Mar was by far the best teacher ever for me. very moern. Did alot of creative writings. He is very helpful, detailed, and desriptive. I would take him again in a heart beat. and btw his looks are soft on the eyes ;)

I don't get why everyone likes him so much. I had him for a journalism class a few years ago and he had to put his political agenda in EVERYTHING. He mocks anyone who disagrees! He was vulgar as well. If he didn't do such things it might have been different.

Interesting fellow with a potential hidden agenda? Think "Dead Poets Society". He encourages unorthodox methods and going through goals with creativity. Go with him if you are not traditional with English classes. He has a great personality though potentially a vigilante striving for changes (positive) in the school.
