She is very rude....she yells about cell phone usage even if u are on a break but sitting in her classroom....she is very sarcastic which is extremely annoying...if u ask for help she will say something witty like "i do not know you tell me", kind of intimidated to ask for help through out the class....does not accept late work, also talk a lot

Comment:

Great instructor! She's very laid back and accepts late work. I took her Eng 1 class and had a huge problem with attendance but she was very understanding. She has you read a book throughout the course and write some short essays related to it along with a research paper. Highly recommended her.

Comment:

Ms. Duvall is a greatest instructor. She gives a lot of homework, but it's short and breif. She is fair, and care for her students to pass. Her essays does not require 4-5 pages. Her teaching style is excellent. She is humerous at times, and straight forward. She would not left you hang. She works with her students any way she can. Excellent!

Ms. Duvall is the greatest instructor I ever had. Her teaching is clear, thorough and get to the points. Her homework is not that hard. She gives a lot of works but it is part of learning. Do you work, and do your best, you'll get B's & A's. Learning is our responsibility,teaching is instructors job. She is the best I advice to take her.

I loved Ms Duvall's class. Her class was fairly easy. Just show up everyday and do the homework assignments and you will be fine. Trust me.

She is one of the most off task teachers I have ever had. We have a deadline of getting work turned in; she should as well. We had assignments to turn in and did not even get the chance to see how we did on the previous assignment. She assigns pages to read, but then she reads the ENTIRE section AGAIN. There's no point in us reading it before.

Very boring wouldn't stop talking deeply into EVERYTHING! if you can stand her drone and be able to pay attention then you just might make it past all her work and find help in areas of your writing. Otherwise you will be bored to tears (except for her occasional joke that is actually really funny). Please read comments before taking her class!

Ms. Duvall is a pretty cool teacher. shes very flexible and easy going on homework. She does give out alot of work, but id say that its fairly easy. She can be very boring and misunderstanding the first half of the semester but overall, she can be an easy A. for her english 105 class all she mostly cares about are the essays!!

She is super nice, a little sarcastic, but it was enjoyable. Always willing to help. Forces a lot of participation in class but it really helped with the reading you have to do. Essays were easy. She just really wants you to learn how to write well. Most of the essay topics you get to pick also. Highly recommended.

Professor Duvall is a very nice person. She is extremely helpful when asked. I took her 9 week English 2 class and I have to say that it was not easy at all. I did get an A, but I really had to work for it. We did 3 essays, 3 quizzes, 3 in class essays, and a research paper. I would not recommend this class if you are looking for an easy A!!
