She is very good at explaining concepts and goes through the material at a steady pace to make sure everyone gets it. Her questions on the exam were fair and straightforward. She is my favorite out of the 3 professors we had for BMSC 230.

Her section of Metabolism was by far my favorite. Her half of the final questions were super straightforward, exactly what you'd expect from the material. Very knowledgeable and easy to understand.

She is very good at explaining what's going on for her part of the class. I haven't written the final yet so I do not know how her questions are. So far, I really enjoy her section of the lectures, she brings up really interesting tid bits of info relating to the subject material.

Dr. Pato is an amazing prof, she knows how to make biochem exciting at 8:30, and keep our attention. She is always avaliable outside of class, just a dream prof! I wish she taught the whole class

Professor Pato was a lot better than I expected. She brought up some very interesting medical topics that pertained to metabolism. The difficult part about her class is one slide could take her a half hour to explain so there was a lot of notes. It was hard to know what you were required to know. Her portion of the final was very straightforward.

i got above 90 in the class but it's not because pato was a good teacher. she was really unclear and almost expected you to know from your own experience (which you don't have). ya, teaches as though we already know the material. obviously you can do well, but no thanks to her. this class is a lot of work.
