She is awsome! in the two classes i have taken with her, she always brings in her guitar, and teaches us songs in french! its great, its a really good class to have in the early mornings (if its math or french for a 7am class ... i took french with her). her classes are all interactive, you're not always sitting in your seat listening to a lecture.

Comment:

Ms. McGuire is quite possibly the lowest quality instructor VVC employs. She is disorganized and unable to teach a concept clearly. Also, beware asking questions, especially those relevant to the topic, she does not like having to explain concepts she is uncomfortable with. If you have any interest in learning French, avoid this instructor!

Leson plans? we don't need no stinkin lesson plans.. her goal is not to help the people who just want to get a good grade in a 5 unit class, she is there to teach you to speak french. If you stick with her till 104 then YOU WILL SPEAK FRENCH! I just wish that VVC offerd more french corses.

If you actually want to learn French, don't take this class! Since I lack all forms of artistic abilities, this class was a nightmare! Emotional recovery is needed before I can watch a French movie again.

she's amazing and witty and smart and she brings in her guitar and you sing french songs in class. all in all she was really helpful in the learning of the language and fun to boot
