Comment:

Professor Edwards is one of the best professors I have had at Baruch. His lectures are very interesting so it is easy to pay attention. His worksheets are super helpful when it comes to taking his tests (he reviews the answers in class). First exam is simple, second is a little more complex and final is not cumulative.

You must be completely present in his class to understand the notes. His lectures engages students but they are so DRY. His slides are super confusing(not all the necessary info for exams are on the slides) and the textbooks he uses isn't better.

Seriously the best professor I have probably ever took at Baruch. So easy to follow. If you listen in class and follow along you will have almost no problem on his tests. He makes everything simplified and understandable. Great professor. Can't recommend enough!! TAKE HIM!

Awesome professor! He is organized, engaging, fair and funny. I loved going to his class. Points for participation + a mid term and final. Lots to read but not hard to follow. If you attend all classes (and actively listen), the tests are easy: all answers were given during the lectures + he publishes a list of topics to study before each exam.

Comment:

An excellent professor who is great at teaching the sometimes boring subject of law quite well! Starts teaching on the dot and allows for really engaging discussions. There is plenty of reading but all is necessary. Helps us prepare for exams. Not an easy A but no regrets taking this class. Really have to earn your grade. Highly recommend!

Amazing professor, he gives great lectures, his class isn't boring and everyone engages in the discussions. This isn't an easy A. But you won't be bored at every class. 1 group project, 2 tests, 1 paper, and homework. You also have to read about 2-3 books, but you'll probably get away with just skimming it

Extraordinary professor, makes a somewhat boring subject (IMO) exciting, engaging, and sometime hilarious. His lectures are full of information and his verbal communication is second to none. Very likeable guy just make sure you study for the exams, questions are not easy but they are fair. Keep up the good work, professor!

My second time taking this professor at this school. Reason why I took him again is his ability to teach and his ability to create conversational lecture classes. Don't expect to get easy A with no effort. However, if you put in the effort, can be a very engaging and enjoyable class. Definitely recommend; professor can be weird though.

He does to curve at all, tests are tricky. Strict with attendance. Participation matters. Group project with ridiculous grading system. There are plenty better professors in Baruch (who actually have a teaching experience), take someone else. Not recommended

Prof. Edwards is awesome! He knows what he's talking about and makes his lectures interesting. There's not too much hw, just a paper, a group project, quizzes and a midterm. His grading is pretty fair and if you pay attention and study you can easily do well in his class.

Professor Edwards was the best professor I took this semester. He makes it his priority to keep his students enthused and interested despite the dull topic. This class is a lot of work, but it's definitely worth it because you walk away learning so much. He's a great person and a great professor.

great professor! his lectures (and slides) are so thorough and interesting that if you engage you will remember most of the material before you even begin to study for exams. worksheets help prepare you for the 3 exams (he goes over them in class). overrall had a wonderful experience with this class. absences werent a problem for me either.

Coolest dude with two first names you will ever meet. In all seriousness, great professor. He takes on the role of a mentor. The class isn't an easy A, but it's definitely interesting and insightful. He creates a very laid back, professional, and respectful environment. You're expected to participate, but it's easy in his class. 1 paper and midterm

A down to earth, chill professor who really knows his stuff. His lectures are insightful and hilarious. His discussions are fun and encourages student feedback. He is a fair grader and rewards hard work. He is a must take if you are interested in law. Seriously, one of the best professors I've had in my 4 years at Baruch. Very respectful too.

Prof. Edwards is one of the best professors I've had in 4 years at Baruch. Not only is he intelligent and respectful; he's also very funny. What distinguishes him from other professors is how direct and straightforward his questions are. They are very fair. He is truly the last person out to trick you. There's a lot of reading. But it's worth it.

Professor is tough but a fair grader. Excellent, interesting, well-prepared lectures which encourage participation. But you had better have something intelligent to add and not speak up just to speak up.
