Just wanted to come on here and say that Dr. Beers is one of the most fantastic people I have ever met. I've never had a professor that cares more for her students and she genuinely just wants us to succeed. I enjoyed going to class and participating in discussions. Absolutely fantastic person, get to know her if you have the chance :)

What an absolute sweetheart! Lovely lady, and really wants everyone to do well. I took stats with her, probably my worst subject, but she explains things really well and will always slow down so you know what you're doing! 10/10 would recommend

Dr. Beers was a great professor. Her tests were fair...if you were attentive in class and studied, you had no problem. She was also a very interesting professor...keeping my attention in class. She explained things perfectly and gave many clear examples.

she is super nice and funny. attendence was somewhat mandatory... but she didn't mind if you had a legit reason. hardly anyone missed class. very understanding and lenient. passed out slide notes during lecture. easy material. however, you have to study somewhat for tests.. easier class to take. highly recommend.

Class was interesting and grading was fair. Attendance wasn't really mandatory, but most people were there all the time. Some short papers (2-4 pages) were required. If you come to class and at least skim the reading, it's relatively easy to get an A. Overall, great professor!

She annoyed me because she seemed so nice in class but then her tests were from the devil apparently. I always thought I did well after they were finished and then I got my grades and would be so confused as to where all my points went!

Loved her and her classes! She passes out notes in class so that you don't have to scramble to write notes while she is teaching. She is AWESOME! The best professor I've had in my OSU stay! I def. recommend taking all courses taught by her-you will learn so much!! Tests are a bit difficult, but if you attend class, you should be completely fine!

Apparently just like her 367.01 class, which would be my only complaint... heavy in writing. Otherwise, she's incredibly nice and excited to be there for you. Her tests are challenging but material in class is presented very well in lectures. Obviously spent time preparing for class.

Hated it. i was excited to take the class but soon lost interest. u can learn more just by reading the text. u never know what she wants for papers and test. if u go to her for help, she just bombards u w/pics of her son and offers no useful help. perky woman, bad teacher
