Mr. Hinojosa isn't very demanding as a supervisor. Just be sure to find yourself an internship within the first week of class. There's also employer/student evaluations that you have to submit, along with a competency profile. I am currently taking CMPT 1449 (Online) and for me has been very easy. You just need to read, do the chapter review questions and labs (which they are super easy). No complaints whatsoever.

Worst teacher I've ever had the chance to meet in my whole school life. The handwritten assignments are a joke, this guy expects you to rewrite the whole book every week. His assignments are more tedious than anything, he does not help at all, especially on the big assignments, he just throws you into the pool and expects you to know how to swim.

I took this professor in the summer of 2014. While it was supposed to be an easy online class, this turned into a full time class. I had to quit my job out of town just to stay on top of this class. His grading is very tough and he throws curve balls so make sure you read and re-read every assignment. Tough grader and will give you a 0. BEWARE!

Course was pretty easy. Anyone who went through the Network Specialist Associates program should easily get an A in this class. Course is conducted through testout.com. Do the labs, study for the exams (based off testout questions) stay on top of the discussions. Final project required at the end with PowerPoint. Overall, easy A

I took Cisco 3 with this instructor 2 times already and it seems like he really enjoys seeing the students all stressed out. The problem is that he is the only one teaching that course so we are stuck with him. I am planning on changing my major because it seems that I am just wasting my time with this instructor.

This instructor did not teach. He gets joy out of your stress. He doesn't offer to help. In the lab practical we had we were greeted by, "... I will be talking during the lab to distract you..." DO NOT ENROLL WITH HIM!!!

This professor is terible he dose not teach just comes in and sits in class checks row, smiles at the monitor, and "Says just read have if questions ask (and dose not answere any)or you are free to go. Does not help with packet traces he sometimes desent even know them. I would not recomend at all!!!

Laid bk Professor and sometimes funny, but bad at teaching, no tact when dealing w/studenst. Offers to drop class. I'm an MCSA, N+, A+ Certified individual and oviously have to read to learn but I opted for taking N+ exam rather than take his class (if you get N+ cert, he gives you and A). Unprofessional and sarcastic. take him at ur own risk.

This class was fun and tough. Once you get past the Cisco exams, it's pretty easy. Good analogies. He's prepping us for the real-world. Its the 2nd class I had with him and I would take a class from him again. My advice: READ BEFORE CLASS.
