Professor: Rude, doesn't answers emails, goes off on tangents. The class: 11 online quizzes, 3 exams (74-96 questions) & 1 final (150 questions) that are pure memorization so study the "sample questions" (the actual exam questions) on UBLearns, and you will do well. If you show up to class you can earn up to 10% extra credit.

He gives you the test questions and the online quizzes help. He makes no sense most of the time and the class is basically all about his theories of drug addiction. He cant hear most of the time and never directly answers ur questions but class was pretty easy.

Don't know where to even start, he slurs his words, goes on 18 different tangents, talks in circles, thinks he's a genius, can barely hear students etc. really wish I looked at his ratings before I took this class because I don't need it. Multiple spelling/grammar/conceptual errors in his test questions and he will defend them until he retires.

Just terrible. Tests and quizzes are unnecessarily hard and he teaches information that you'll never have to know for the exams. Try your best not to take a course with him because I promise you will regret it!!!

He is a terrible professor, his sexual tangents are creepy. He might know a lot about drug addiction but the class is just memorizing his theories that seem to not follow any other known theory. He also loves to toot his own horn. The tests are not terribly hard if you go to class he tells you test questions and do the online quizzes (not graded).

To be fair, he knows a lot about drug addiction. The ideas, however, may be a tad outdated. The class isn't too bad if you can deal with his crude/psychosexual humor. Class is interesting, to say the least. Definitely worth taking if you want to learn a little something about hard drugs. He will single you out if you sound stupid or never show up

Mr. Bozarth does tend to go on tangents quite often but he does give stories that relate to what he is trying to teach in a very basic way. If you read his book and do the modules he provides, you should be fine. If you actually attend class he will gives you a heads up to what exactly is going to be on his exams every once in a while. Awesome prof

He is very knowledgeable and willing to help you out. He does stray off topic, but that is because he knows so much about the field. You will need to do the readings or the podcasts to receive all the information you need for the exams, but if you have an interest in drug addiction, you will enjoy it. Nice guy.

VERY passionate and knowledgeable on topic, BUT Lectures, online modules, recordings are all over the place. He goes on tangents when talking and talks about things that don't correspond to quizzes and exams. He acknowledges he rambles, and recommends studying from his simplified online lectures... but they become sparse later on in last 2 modules.

He talks about anything but what you need to learn. He makes fun of students to their faces. He is late to every single class including exam days. He changed the date of exam on the day of the exam, no warning. His is the only class I ever walked out of. One day I just couldn't put up with his bs and just walked out, you will want to do the same.

I can't stand this professor. He rambles all class, you can barely hear him when he talks, late to class every single day and keeps you late to make up for it. I'll give him credit for being incredibly intelligent in his field, however he has a horrible way of passing on his information to his students. Be prepared to teach yourself.

He gets distracted and rambles easily. Due to this Bozarth spends entire class without addressing course material. Constantly changing his PP slides but doesn't update them online. He is constantly late to class and then holds you after to make up for it. Spends a lot of time whining about how stupid his students are.
